The beach was gorgeous and well maintained, but some of the beach chairs were outdated and not comfortable. They also charged for having a side table. Did not try the pools. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and very comfortable. We had a great view from the balcony, and having an umbrella there to have some shade would have been nice. The bathroom could have been better. One of the sinks had a leaky faucet and switching between the rain shower and hand held only partially worked. There was no minifridge in the room, just a "cooler" which did its job keeping drinks cool.

Coffee shop staff was not helpful. They acted like doing us a favor answering questions about certain drinks. It just happened that they ran out of eggnog flavor but it was still advertised as the feature of the day. The Margaritaville restaurant had good breakfast but not so many options for dinner. The beach bar could have had a larger variety of mixed drinks and cocktails, a bit overpriced for the quality of ingredients they were using.The day we left we wanted to extend the check out time for 3 more hours, we were charged for that. We stayed at other hotels which either did not charge or had facilities were you cold leave your luggage, take a shower, change before your flight so you can still enjoy a partial day at the beach. We had one day with heavy rain and we asked at the front desk if they had complimentary umbrellas. They told us to go and check at the gift shop and buy. Many hotels have complimentary umbrellas for this kind of situation. The way we were told to go and check the gift shop came across very rude

There's plenty to do here! We enjoyed the different options for pools, beach and dining. There's a boardwalk if you'd like to get out and look around, but we felt there was enough at the resort to keep us occupied. Our room had a lovely view of the intercoastal that was amazing at night. The personal care products in the bathrooms were really nice also. Restaurants had good food.

I dislike the additional parking fees. I would also say I was a bit put off by the carpets in the hallway by our room that had not been vacuumed while we were there. I'd also suggest a bit more variety on the menus at the various restaurants.

The hotel lobby area is beautiful. The main area of the hotel is great. The pools are excellent and the location right in front of the beach was fantastic!

The entertainment was a huge let down. For fans of Margaritaville, we would expect good music/bands would be a certainty. Sadly it was not. The main restaurant/bar lacked any real atmosphere, unlike any other Margaritaville we have visited. The evening part of our stay in the hotel was a bit of a let down.
