Here and there could be cleaner but no big deal.

Beach was pretty

Pool area was overcrowded,Food was just ok; every meal the same thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner;Scrambled eggs weren't cooked enough, very watery.Asked for a wake up call but never happened, thank goodness I woke up myself on time. Reception said they called twice but it never rang; phone must have been broken;Called and spoke with young man about 1 month before flying. I asked about shuttle service and he said there is free shuttle service from the hotel to airport. Luckily two days before we flew I asked to put our name on the list for the shuttle and she said there isn't any free shuttle service from the hotel. Very bad communication from the young man I spoke to. Thank you and glad we got to finally get a taxi on time.The tub is dangerous with not being able to move the glass door on the tub. Getting out is very dangerous as it is in the back of the shower where the slant is on the tub. Very dangerous as it sloping and dangerous getting in and out of the tub!!!

First time here definitely returning. staff all friendly and helpful.nice clean hotel food good quality.

The cleanliness and the location of this hotel was fantastic for a solo traveler

Check in took over an hour. When I finally got to the front of the queue I was pretty frustrated. The staff couldn’t have cared less. When I suggested it might have been nice to apologise for the wait and give some sort of words of welcome the staff member sarcastically said ‘wel-come’. We booked the hotel for the splash pad playground for the kids but arrived to find it isn’t open until the end of April every year. There was no kids pool at all. The only pool was only open until 4 every day, was unheated and was far too deep for the kids to be in unless we were physically in there with them. On check-out day housekeeping hammered on my bedroom door repeatedly at 8am until I got up and answered the door. They wanted to know what time I would be vacating the room. Really?! Waking us all up at 8am when we were on holiday?! I was so annoyed as she had woken up our son. When i pointed this out she just shrugged and walked off.

Location. Was quiet at night. Spacious. Within walking distance to the shops. Food was plentiful and varied. Staff helpful. There was security at night bus stop just outside hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. However, the entertainment and activities were not very good, and there was a lot of unused empty space, though this could be due to the weather conditions, I’m not sure, as we visited in April. The only guests were people over 60, and we felt a bit out of place. It seems more like a place for retirees to relax, but this might change from season to season. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, but the food was delicious, and there was a different main dish every day. I’m only recommending this hotel to young people for reference—this place is not for us, but it is great for relaxing. (Perhaps you could remove some of the garden tables and chairs and hire a DJ three times a week to appeal to a younger crowd.) In short, it was a good hotel in terms of price and performance.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST! especially Christian from the front desk in my opinion deserves a raise immediately, he was so welcoming and made sure that the whole staff would speak Spanish to me as I told him that I was studying Spanish and was using the stay as a practice opportunity. location was great, food too - especially breakfast and lunch! i will definitely be back!

Nice well run hotel, very friendly, helpful staff. Pool closed too early and food a little repetitive. Rooms cleaned daily. Very easy going holiday adjacent to beautiful beaches and many shops and restaurants. Tourists are welcomed.

It was a lovely place to stay the food was amazing also they had plenty of choice of drinks on the all inclusive. Breakfast carried on till 10.30 which was fab if you had overindulged the night before. There was plenty of food for everyone even if you went in late. The staff were really friendly and reception couldn’t do enough for us. They printed the timetable of the busses to go to Palma for us they were really nice. The hotel had lovely rooms overlooking the sea a nice pool and you could hire towels to use there.

The beds were hard. The floor in the bathroom had water coming up underneath it and even though we told the cleaners nobody came to do anything about it. They gave us plenty of towels to mop it up but you had to wear flip flops to go in there or get wet feet. Not everything was open there

I should say everything was fine. The restaurant and bar and the entertainment were nice. And the meal time was also perfect.the size of the room and the facilities in the room were nice.

The bed was not comfortable.And the bed ran in the room. And the air-conditioning I think was working so good. And the food could have a better taste. And in bar they used a plastic mug, Ireally did not like it.

i gone for the Spartan Race in Mallorca.. the stuff were very kind and willing to satisfied you. Every day clean room. Nice food . I really relaxed in that place... It is near of sea.. excellent ??

Every single member of staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Standouts were Ines and Christian on Reception. Our room was quite small but it had everything you needed. Mattresses and pillows were great, refillable toiletries in the bathroom, mini fridge and large TV. The location of the hotel was fabulous - close to the beach and bars/restaurants. Bus links were superb.

Hotel basically consisted of an open Reception area that led to both the bar and the Restaurant. Restaurant was open plan, very very loud at busy times and resembled a school cafeteria. Food was plentiful but consistently luke warm and didn't differ much daily. TV channels were limited and you couldn't connect to Netflix or similar.

If you’re looking for the world’s hardest mattress and to lose 5kg then this is your perfect hotel.

The food was awful, cold most of the time. Lunch was leftover breakfast, dinner was leftover lunch and so on. Snack bar consisted of cold burgers, hot dogs and chips. The beds were rock solid, asked if they had any other mattresses as I’m pregnant and the beds were leaving me with a sore back and hips. Nothing was done about it.
