I like the location

Staff was not friendly. You had to pay each night 65$ to park. I already paid 270+ a night now you’re saying parking is not included and it’s 65$ a night! Heck no. Not worth it at all.

Great location and clean rooms.

Staff was difficult to connect with and then unresponsive to our complaint regarding excessive noise and disruption from the room next to ours.

Great location clean and excellent staff

Great location, clean room and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, room had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Bathroom had all the toiletries. Starbucks and a cafe inside the hotel on the bottom floor.

Elevators gave us a lot of trouble, key card not working quite often for the elevator. The cafe was closed while we were there when it should’ve been open. We came home at 1AM and the front entrance to the hotel was locked, key cards wouldn’t work and there were other people already waiting outside. We had to wait until an employee came to unlock so we could get inside and go to sleep. No ice machine on our floor, couldn’t find it. Also found parking extremely expensive, $65/night although seems standard for the area.

I didn’t have breakfast. The location was good. Nolan was good.

1. Booking.com or Marriott should inform guest upfront of no room cleaning services and the $65 cost of overnight parking. 2 of the staff was rude.
