I liked the ample choice of food and drinks, the proximity to the beach and the possibility of booking guided tours to interesting sights mallorca.The pool area was nice and the live concerts and animation for kids was ambitious and delightful.The cleaning staff was super nice and thorough, thanks for that!

Half the staff at the reception was nice and helpful while the other half was unapproachable and rude. Questions weren't welcome and whenever we came around (for example to book tours or get general guidance) we just felt as if we were annoying them. Some of the staff is incapable of smiling, which is fine, but some people, especially Waka, lacked minimum decency and just acted in a very condescending way while we still remained nice.Lots of information I obtained through my own research (also about amenities in the hotel) as we weren't briefed at all. No refund for the tokens and boiler either or help either carrying stuff. We don't need a lot, just friendliness overall, and that was what the hotel lacked many times.Roxana abd Lukas, you were great though!

Hotel has everything you need, organized evenings are really good but for older people, family. Clean, good location, nearest beach is ok but there are many better places/beaches in Majorca

Staff in the kitchen was too noisy, banging plates, collecting plates before the food is finished. a real feeling of discomfort and a desire to leave the room as soon as possible...

Everything was AMAZING. The staff is very polite, the room and amenities are great. The food was great as well, since breakfasts, snacks, dinner and drinks.

Food is great but sometimes it is kind of repetitive, but everything is very well cooked and prepared. The pool closes at 6 which is unfortunate in summer time.

Very disappointing experience. Our holiday was ruined, and there was nothing positive

All the money from our wallets, which were in our room, was stolen—approximately 400 euros in cash, including coins and even small denominations. When we reported the incident, Manager Aida informed us that the hotel administration cannot offer assistance and that the responsibility for securing personal belongings in the room falls solely on the guests. The hotel has taken no action to address this issue.We were further informed that there is only one manager on duty in the entire hotel, and she refused to provide contact information for any senior managers, sub-directors, or directors. The contact details of the higher authorities are deliberately kept hidden from guests, and most of the management is either absent or there is no temporary replacement on Tuesday during working hours. We have reported the incident to the national police department, who have officially confirmed that a BUGLARY OCCURED IN ALUASUM CALA ANTHENA (we have all relevant documents). However, the hotel administration has refused to provide any assistance or support. The stolen money was crucial for our trip home, as we are only students.We also provided information about a suspicious person who might be involved in this illegal activity, but Manager Aida dismissed our concerns, stating that no "strange" activities were observed. We were shocked by this response, as a burglary is undoubtedly a serious matter and cannot be considered "normal" activity. !!!! It makes one wonder if it is only a matter of time before burglars enter rooms while guests are sleeping and take all their belongings.!!!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great, loved the theme choices each night. Entertainment was good.

There were alot of steps which was an effort with a buggy. There were slopes in places but not all places.

The food was not as expected. Repeated menu for the lunch and the dinner all the duration of stay, the snacks were the worst as no nuts or anything like that and nothing for vegetarians. I didn't like the fact that the lift entrance was dirty with vomit(sorry) and not cleaned for a day and half

Walls are paper thin in the rooms and I couldn't sleep for two nights because the drunk couple people were singing and shouting next door...Also furniture in the room and bathroom quite old fashion and bath had chipped paint.

The hotel left me thoroughly disappointed. During my vacation, I had to deal with a couple of troublesome issues. Firstly, there was a noticeable and annoying presence of cigarette smoking by the pool, which greatly detracted from my relaxation by the water. What's worse, I witnessed numerous guests extinguishing their cigarettes in beverage cups, not only unsightly but also hazardous. This seriously disrupted my experience, and I cannot recommend this place to those seeking cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort during their stay.

Great location, clean and tidy no frills but didn’t expect that with 3 star

Hotel more than met our expectations,clean, nice staff, good food,all really good for the first 4 days

After 4 days we were informed for our last 3 days we had to go to the sister hotel for all meals, drinks, entertainment etc.As my companion had recently had a knee operation and found walking difficult, this soured our experience.

Google picture of the pool was misleading as the pic was of the hotel across the street. Neighbors next door were up breaking things and screaming from 3-8 am, we got no sleep at all. It was so bad that we ended up finding a different hotel. Food was gross. Gentleman at front desk was rude.

Lovely location staff are all very nice and helpful Room cleaned every day . Everything is really clean . Reception staff very welcoming bar staff very nice and cheerful

No aircon in reception which would be nice to chill in and no shaving mirror in bathroom
