While we were given the option of picking our room and we chose one overlooking the atrium, the noise and the music playing 24 hours made it impossible to sleep.We stayed at this location last year and we were extremely pleased with the hotel. My recommendation is to stop playing the piped in music by 10:00 at night so it doesn’t disturb the guests.

The property was very clean. The rooms were very clean.
The bed wasn't as comfortable. But it was comfortable enough for me to rest. I think the mattress was a little too firm.

Property was great, location amazing. Our hallway smelled like wet mildew / mold as did the room…. Just not pleasant at all. We were only one night so we didn’t bother with it. Iron barely worked this morning.

easily accessible, close to airport, clean rooms, nice lounge/restaurant
Crowded parking lot. Didn't appreciate the $20 parking fee. not enough handicapped parking

Great location for everything
The most notable is there is no heat in the rooms, or at least none of the heat functions in any room if it's a cold night.I mean really . . . there is no heat. We stayed there in November and yes it was cold night in the 50's. Honestly I would never expect this from any major hotel in the USA.

Great restaurant and breakfast, clean and very comfortable room with all amenities and a great view. Great friendly staff. Courtney at front desk took good care of us.
There was a room mix-up on arrival but was promptly taken care of. So this really isn't a complaint!
