Everything. This is now about my sixth or seventh visit. I am pleased with the service and that is why I enjoy staying at this hotel.
Initially I had a problem but once I reported it the matter was fixed

Clean room
I got here at 1pm and now that it¿s 3:12pm, I¿m waiting in a 30 person line for an hour waiting to be able to check into my room. This service is HORRENDOUS and I never would have expected this from a Doubletree. HILTON: You must do something about this d

The hotel location is great
The airport shuttle is terrible. Tried calling the hotel 13 times to ask about shuttle and no one answered. Check in lady was rude and not friendly. There was black mold in shower.

Clean room
Staff was very unprofessional. Upon arrival we witnessed really poor behavior from a desk attendant. Pool wasn't available for use. Hot tub was broken. Starbucks advertised but sold Nestlé coffee. Unprofessional all around

This hotel was okay, staff was nice, but it looked outdated and kinda old.. nothing really special bu decent price and area. PARKING IS NOT FREE!!!!!!
Parking cost. Vallet stops after a certain time so we had to park our car ourselves one night¿

It is a beautiful place and has lots of food and shopping options.
The shuttle driver drove very reckless. He nearly got us into an accident on the way from the airport. Then when we were pulling into the hotel, he hit a sign. I notified the Manager and told him I thought he may be inebriated. The WiFi didnt work.
