Pros +
- It was in a Great location, comfortable, spacious, clean and nice. I loved how the hotel personnel were giving out nice hot cookies to their guests, it was really delicious and enjoyable.
- the cafe, hotel employee was awesome. hotel employee from Valet was great too. The two made the extra mile stay great.
- The walk to Universal was convenient
Cons -
- I had three dislikes; (1) the bottom of the toilet bowl was leaking water in my room (2) I was being charged $33.00 for parking as a guest and some nights I could not park when I return to the hotel (3) The prices is to high for breakfast $27.00 + Tax
- I needed to put my car's cover on before it rained, but valet would not let me. I didn't want to move the car just put the cover on the car.
- The daytime front desk agent was very hospitable, and the nighttime front desk agent was the polar opposite (she was rude and singing loudly for no reason at 5:15am)
