Friendly staff, clean,
When I stayed the elevators were not working properly- it took a very long time to get the elevator to your floor. All guest complained. The bathroom was also very vintage

Paying for parking, seems like it should be part of your stay. Not a super fan of that.

Location - walkable to the Universal parks. Rooms were spacious and functional.
Bathrooms are pretty dated and worn. Lobby area is a bit basic.

Room was really nice (except for the mattresses). Nice to have a bathtub and shower. Good water pressure/hot water. Really good breakfast buffet. Very near to a Korean hot pot restaurant that we like to visit when in the Universal park area. They gave me a room upgrade due to my Hilton diamond status and that was VERY nice and appreciated.
Mattresses need to be upgraded. Very uncomfortable. Surprising for such a nice, well equipped room.

Excellent location close to universal parks with complimentary shuttle service. Good sized room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar area.

Proximity to parks, restaurants, and shopping
Older bathrooms. Pillowcases were too small for the pillows. Torn sheets. Visible wear in tear of furniture indicative of upgrades needed. Depending on which direction you go to there’s a fee to enter the property.
