The location is very convenient and close to many places and the price is really good. The room is clean. I have no problem during my stay
The location is close to the highway so you can hear the cars driving. But it doesn’t bother me that much.

Friendly staff at check in. The room was clean.
We waited 20 minutes for breakfast to open and it never did. We told the man at the front desk but he wasn't interested in helping us. He told us "oh, breakfast is just a little late," and "why don't you go into the kitchen and tell them you want breakfast?" Very poor.

location. tried to get a Uber, Lyft, taxi to bring me to Empire Plaza Convention center to no avail. location and time of day a problem.

decent hotel, pretty clean, the staff we encountered were friendly.
Room was sooo hot. I’m usually a cold person and we had to sleep with the window open during a snowstorm. Area was a bit sketchy, pool was closed, breakfast options were lacking.
