The location is great.

Our room was next to a construction area inside the hotel. We received dirty towels and not enough bedding. There also wasn’t an iron or ironing board in our room.

Give 10/10: the pool area, food, staff, activities, games for kids and stores in facility

• Room requires remodeling to improve overall comfort and appearance• Blankets provided were insufficient; higher-quality or warmer options would be appreciated• Bathroom conditions were poor and need attention• AC unit was noisy throughout the night, disrupting sleep• No clear guidelines or instructions for accessing TV channels• Room had a noticeable foul odor; air freshener spray is recommended

The hotel was very good, overall the water park and location.

Be careful all the guests at this hotel, don't accept any "gift" because is a lie...and want your money. I don't understand how the hotel let Ms Claudia work there and treat with the guests trying to get money and time for nothing... with the promise of a gift that never explain the conditions...it's a shame for the hotel. Keeping it outside the hotel, I give the hotel 6 points.

Very clean, and fun.. lots of stuff to do. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Wish food was a better price. A little cheaper but everything was nice except that I paid for pool view but i did not have a view of no pool.

Excellent place. The Tradewind Breakfast staff was super friendly, also the bars staff. Everything is in good working order. The water park has areas for all ages and the temperature of the pools is very good. In general was a great experience.

We loved the pool area and all the extra activities we could do at the water park.

We had an issue with our toilet. I called around 3:30 to get someone to come out. After leaving the pool around 5 - they haven't come by so we stopped by the front desk before going to dinner. We got back from dinner around 8 and still was not taken care of. We saw a maid and she helped us! Custodial stuff was amazing and cleaned very well. The rooms need to be updated...

Water Park was nice, with nice and helpful staff. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

A few maintenance issues with the room. Drain and tub faucet and bath door handle. Big issue was that we put our food in the fridge for dinner and breakfast items and when we went to eat, it was warm/chicken and other perishables. We called maintenance and they sent someone up and fixed the issue but the damage was done. We mentioned for maintenance to have management call us about the spoiled food and no one called us. We went to front desk the next morning and no management on duty till noon that day. We went back later that day and spoke to manager. Had we booked directly with the hotel and not booking.com, they said they may have been able to refund some money to offset our additional expense. We were also told that since we purchased our food AT the restaurant on the same property and not at the front desk, they could not reimburse anything paid already. They do have vouchers but cant be used after we had paid. Moral of the story is since they did not have management on duty for us to speak to Saturday night or Sunday morning we were on our own. The manager did comp a pizza wing meal for us for Sunday which was nice for her to do. I don't understand how such a large property with hundreds and hundreds of patrons would not have a manager or supervisor on duty most if not all the time.

Had a tub faucet that constantly dripped in one of our bathrooms .
