- The hotel was fantastic overall!
- The Staff, the ambiance, the food and social activities-Christmas Tea and live music.
- Love the location and wonderful staff. Hotel is a beautiful.
Cons -
- No, everything was terrific!
- The mattress was a little uncomfortable and the a/c unit was temperamental.
- I was suprised that they were charging parking and hotel fees and the staff seemingly ignorant of the change. Despite having been a guest of this hotel more than 5 times in the last year, there was no acknowledgment or upgrade.
