- Location and staff, very good gym and pool
- Location was excellent.
Cons -
- I do not see how it¿s a 5 star One restaurant and at that very average.
- The hotel is showing it's age. There was nothing special about it for the price point. I have stayed at other five star hotels in Boston that were much more memorable.
- Staff was less than welcoming. Doorman would watch my wife approach and never opened the door for her. That was a bit shocking. Food in restaurant was very over hyped.

Location was excellent.
The hotel is showing it's age. There was nothing special about it for the price point. I have stayed at other five star hotels in Boston that were much more memorable.
