The staff were courteous and attentive. The room was immaculate and comfortable, particularly the bed. The view was exceptional. The experience was very enjoyable .

The room and view was spectacular. The hotel itself was incredible and excellently located for all the tourist attractions we wanted to do. The service was amazing nothing was too much trouble.

A great location, a high quality hotel with excellent service.
The pool was closed when we stayed in April 25 which was very disappointing

The Location was perfect for us. The view was great. The Dark Bar was very good.
The breakfast was not wonderful. We moved somewhere else after the first morning.

Everything! The smell and air quality of the hotel helped my asthma. It is a beautiful hotel overlooking the water. It’s in a great location. Food is amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely helpful. Best hotel in Boston.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The room was patently luxurious. Views of the harbor and airport were stunning.
