- All of the staff were so sweet and very accommodating.
- This hotel is one of the very closest to the beach. Many hotels in Laguna have a long walk to the beach.
- We really enjoyed our room and the friendliness of the entire staff and cleanliness of the overall experience.
Cons -
- We did not get the room we paid for. We have now stayed at this resort 3 times and we asked for the room we wanted and when we got there they said we couldn?t have the location we expected to get. They offered a larger room but not the ocean view.
- This hotel is very rundown since my last visit. The main hotel tower is being refurbished. Be prepared to hear construction equipment from 8AM on weekdays.
- There was this gate by the pool that lead down to the beach area that ever time someone closed it would slam and wake us up as we sought to nap by the pool area. Just a small fix but a big one too.
