Reasonable price, plenty of room, very comfortable, extremely helpful staff

Hotel was very clean. The room was modern and comfortable.

Felt for the amount you paid, the hotel nickel and dimed you. Charged us a 25 dollar per day destination fee that you couldn't opt out of and was impossible to use to the full. Charged an Internet fee, this day in age most hotels give you that for free.

I liked its convenient location and parking garage.

The checkin process was slow.

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are luxurious and the food is amazing!! Clean and friendly!! Can¿t wait to stay here again!!

The parking is quite expensive¿between the basic fee and then a parking tax you end up paying $84/day ¿¿

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS SLOW CHECKING GUEST IN.

Staff was nice, easy check in, didn't have to worry about parking, clean.

The customer service was great, our hotel was beautiful.

The only thing that I didn't like was finding someone's hair all over the shower. We called and housekeeping promptly cleaned and sanitized it for us.

They do not have maid service on a daily basis and when we went to the room there was hair in the shower from the previous person

Location was ideal. Union square and great dining places are one block away. Staff was extremely courteous and accommodating, we had a small medical emergency in our family and they allowed us late checkout without charging extra.

Wonderful hotel in a spectacular building with a central open area making it really special, great for our family, room was excellent, and location was perfect to see all SF.

Parking too expensive, there is a public parking across the street for half the price but very uncomfortable with tiny entance, and took us 45 minutes to get our car the day we left. So parking is an issue.

The room was big and the shower was nice.

They were not providing housekeeping services. No one checked up on me during my 4-day stay and I had to call for refills on coffee, water, towels, cups and toiletries. There was no info on hotel amenities or things to do. The area is not safe at night.

Great location! Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Allowed us to check in early and check out late. Wonderful experience. Due to Covid there was no housekeeping. However, when we called for ice and additional coffee pods it arrived at our roquickly!

I had to move rooms initially due to dirty sheets, but they took care of it

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Level III restaurant is horrible and so is their service.

Shared areas like elevatorshave been cleaned every now and then, the proximity to Union square, restaurants are less than a mile away
