The location is amazing and so the facility is nice. Excellent service at breakfast, the a la cart menu is more attractive than the buffet
The room refills for accessories like shampoo and others was poor

The hotel facilities and location was good.
The hotel charge car parking at a very high rate of $79 per night for in-house guests. This is absurd. I can still accept a reasonable amount for parking, but charging the same rate as for an outsider is absurd.

Great location and nice room that's about it. I expected much more from a Marriott hotel and with that price tag.
The feeling is that the breakfast which I paid for was designed intentionally to get you spent more as it wasn't mentioned on booking that it's only a daily $30 in a super expensive restaurant. (Simple cappuccino is $19 without a tip).Staff at the reception and restaurant are not friendly or willing to help.

Big and clean room with lovely facilities. Location was great and staff very helpful.
A couple of mornings the breakfast was very slow service and we had to walk out and get Starbucks because we had bookings to get to despite having left ample time for breakfast.

The amenities were great and there were a lot of added bonuses like free drinks, food, cable car tickets, and bike rentals. The staff was so helpful and polite. We were treated really well.
