Clean and good location.
Outdated. No USB charging outlets in the entire building... housekeeping rouses all guests at earlier than 8am ( on a Saturday!). Amenities not great, vending machine for ice non functional on my floor.

Location was perfect for our requirements; within easy walk to State Capitol and City Hall buildings. Easy to reach by car off of I-787 and I-90. Quiet location; convenient parking garage; comfortable room; friendly housekeeping.
A better way to enter the lobby with luggage from our car; perhaps a wider door or a doorman to hold doors open. Breakfast options were limited to a standard, one price buffet.

I loved it. I had a fantastic ? time. The hotel was gorgeous. I felt like I was one of the 1%. The hotel was located in a great location that was convenient for a tourist like me!

Room itself was fine and comfortable.
Understaffed - Tried calling from desk for service three times and got no answer. Tried Hilton Honors Chat on the app and still no response. Restaurant was severely understaffed with the Bartender having to wait tables too. Took over an hour to get the food once ordered. Staff was fine and did the best they could but it was obvious that management didn't prepare for a full hotel. Also entry from the parking garage was difficult with limited signage.

Great location in the city, nice view of the capital building. Lots of elevators.
The temperature of the building. We were at a conference, and it was freezing. We also had difficulty maintain a comfortable temperature in our room. The price per room was high, maybe because of the conference?
