- Cleanliness, The History of the hotel and most everything we wanted to see was within walking distance .
Cons -
- Dirty room! Rude Bellman upon arrival. Made us unload our luggage while he watched. All he said to us was valet is $72. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Room is very tiny. Not what it shows in the pictures at all. Smelly hallways!
- Tiny, poor lighting, windows had no shears. There was no lighting of any kind next to the bed near the window (inhumane). The only way to get light was to use my phone or open the shade, which allowed viewing from the next building.
- When we checked in she said paid in full . When we checked out she checked out she charged us $104 of stuff that we did not use like exercise room and so forth just wasn’t aware of that extra fee .
