- The entire staff was terrific from the moment we arrived until the time we left
- That there was nothing to dislike
- Large modern room, great view, good room service food, friendly staff
Cons -
- Absolutely nothing
- Insufficient water bottles in the room (2 tiny free bottles + 2 tiny bottles in the bar for purchase). Very slow response by hotel to requests sent by the chat on the Four Seasons app.
- Though the hotel is lovely, it should have been disclosed that the spa, gym and roof deck bar were all closed for remodeling. Those are three major things to not have access to for a hotel visit. And to still pay a full price, seems unacceptable.
