Self parking that charged $10 a night. Drinking water in the room that charged $3 a bottle. Resort fee $30 a night. Breakfast ranged $20 to $28.

Cleanliness was up to standards as a listed 4 star

The 4 star rating was not there . A 3- 3.5 is accurate. The rooms were very standard.

I received sparkling wine upon check in and that was a lovely surprise after the drive we made. The room was spacious!

The bathroom and shower doors kept opening. Since the bathroom is so close to the front door it didn¿t really allow for privacy if someone was in the bathroom and you had a visitor, which we did!

Very overpriced for what you get. I was so disappointed with everything from the check in, to the cold shower, to the cleaning knocking on our door 3 times asking what time we were leaving. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I felt that the hotel was clean but for the money I thought it should be a little more luxurious. The shower tile was cracked. It was very noisy from the other guest. The room was nice but nothing special.

Its location! And its staff! They let us check in early and made sure to remind us to use up all the amenities! We hope to come back and use ALL the amenities; they looked promising but we had booked all day events.

Location is very close to the freeway.

The tub water seemed to drain really slow. There was a weird large vent right above the shower head. I found that beyond creepy. There was really much to do at the hotel itself.

The pool was great and warm. The front desk was nice, they gave us water the moment we came in. They gave us chocolates, water, and vouchers for wine, and coffee.

I wish the jacuzzi was next to the pool. It would be nice to have a whirlpool in the evenings to use, their jacuzzi was in a different building and you could only use it until noon.

Very nice, well appointed hotel with great features for the area. Wine tasting in lobby and great staff.

This is a motel they turned into a hotel, so the walls and doors are very thin, so it can be quite noisy. It is difficult to get early check-in, since the several times I've stayed there, it fully booked. Staff aren't helpful, except cleaning.

The Spa was the best thing about the hotel. I probably won't stay there any longer. I will just go there to visit their spa and that's it.

It was under construction, and I didn't see any note about that when I booked the room. We requested a king size bed, but were told all they had left were two double beds. The tv in our room kept going out. So bad that we asked to switch rooms.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice.

There were too many hidden fees for this hotel. I was very disappointed to see my bill was 700 when I was expecting 570.

Twenty dollar resort fee not disclosed when booking or at check in. Had to read fine print on flower seed packet. Under construction. Large wad of hair stuck to shower curtain.

i thought the picture that shows on this website didn't really do it justice. The hotel was really great, but I just feel there's a better angle that could show that.

The front fountains were nice along with the outside seating at night.

Front doors were so thin that when a drunk male passed out in the hallway at about midnight, we could hear the staff trying to wake him for a half an hour. Then when the police and paramedics were called by the security staff, we had to hear them as well.

The staff and management were phenomenal and addressed our major concerns quickly and upgraded us to a suite after our first night. The concern is if you don't pay for a suite, are all the rooms like the first one we got? If they are, it's a bad stay

The beds were horrible - I woke up with serious back pain. The smoke detector battery warning went off in the middle of the night so that we had to call the front desk to fix the battery. "Hotel and spa" but no ropes in the rooms.
