A proper conference hotel, it has all of the amenities you could wish for.

It is pricey and very busy with events in the evenings.

The receptionist was very rude at my arrival she treated me very rude because i mentioned i lost my ID but I had the pdf for the ID replacement. Didn’t let us see if we could upgrade the view. She charged the destination fee apart from the deposit fee without letting us know. The destination fee is disclosed in thebooking at checkout as well.

Roms were quiet, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and towels were fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Christopher the bellhop, very knowledgeable and helpful. The full length mirror in the hall way of the room was nice,not many hotels have that. Location is perfect. Hotel is clean inside and outside. The Pantry store in the lobby has tons of food and drink options. I'm not a fan of vallet of bellhop service, I like to do things myself so this hotel though me off.i may stay here again but the valet situation will be the reason I don't return

The hotel is very overpriced in my opinion, would I stay here again, definitely. Valet is overpriced, we called two day in a row in advance to get our vehicle and no one picked up the phone, if I am paying 91 dollars for vallet I expect to get real service, the restaurant inside has limited menu options so we orders out the whole weekend. The family had breakfast buffet and the family liked that they had many options to choose from. Steep hotel stay but no room service. Mini fridge was not clean, soda or something was spilled in the fridge when we opened it, we didn't need it, so I did not complain about it. There is a parking garage across the street for $45 if you feel like risking it.

Room was roomy, clean and comfortable Location was perfect; shopping and restaurants nearby; felt quite safe walking in the area. Uber always available in less than 10 minutes. Overall, really nice hotel… if ever in San Francisco again, this will be my go to place to stay.

Nothing on this visit

Location - close to all transport, bus-tram-cable car. The luxury shopping center is right at the corner and next building is a 4 storey Ross shop! A lot of shops around the hotel for everyday use/need. Staffs - the man at the reception named Ray, was very polite and I felt the warm welcome. He explained everything to me and informed about the 30$ fee per day where you can redeem on food on their restaurants plus you get free cable car tickets and free room internet. He also made suggestions where to go as it was my first time in SFO. Check in and check out was smooth. All questions were answered. Room is being cleaned everyday as well and replenish whats needed for the room like coffee and changing towels.

Shower doesn’t have a strong pressure, not a big deal but overall, it was very good stay.
