Pros +

  • EVERYTHING, what a beautiful property. Everything we needed was on the property and when we did need a taxi, it was easy to get one. I knew my car was well taken care of with valet
  • Good location. View from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Pretty comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall, not a bad place to stay.
  • The location was good as we were able to walk to the Giant's game and to SFMOMA. The room was fine. It was an average room that you would expect if you were staying at a chain hotel.

Cons -

  • No a thing everybody and everything was great
  • Originally asked for 2 rooms together and the hotel didn't have them. They found a way to make it work which was good but one of the rooms had an AC that never turned off which wasn't great. Exterior windows were quite dirty which spoiled the view a bit. Hotel is a little dated.
  • I booked through Booking.com and was given a rate inclusive of taxes and resort fees. When checking in, the front desk added a required $30 "hotel food and beverage credit" to our room rate and said we could spend $20 of it a the hotel restaurants. The prices at the in-hotel "Grag & Go-Mission St. Pantry" were high- $9 yogurt, $12 sparkling water, $10 still water. So the $20 didn't go far. Additionally, if you want "enhanced wifi" the hotel charges $19.95/dayValet parking is $95/day. I recommend parking across the street from the hotel instead. We paid $35 for overnight parking.

Clean , spacious and convenient. Very helpful with an early check in and checkout at midday
I didn’t know when booking that there would be a food voucher I could use daily. It would be nice to know in advance, no one likes surprises when traveling!
