Nickel and dimed in everything!!! Prices were absurd compared to other local hotels. Guests not staying for conferences were treated as second rate guests.

Size, proximity to Disney, well maintained and efficient

Gouging on parking- $42/day for self-park in a garage that takes half an hour min. to get to and from your car. $57 resort fee even for days not used at all (we used only once for a short period on a 4 day stay).

Cleanliness pool and water park

Parking is expensive and parking garage is far away.

Clean, big big tables in the hallways for card games

I didn’t like how you have to pay extra for everything. I was also told you could see Disney world fireworks in the evening time by the main pool and there was nothing but a laser light show from the hotel. My group of 13 was very disappointed

The food at the pool bar was horrible, find it disturbing that you have to pay for early check in. Expensive

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and the pool area was great for the kids.

didn't get room service at all during our stay, had to call several times to get bedding for the pullout and to request fresh towels. Parking was a nightmare, and the shuttle driver drove reckless:( Price wise I feel services were a little overpriced

Heated pools, pool choices

Hugh wait at the desk at check in time. Consider Precheck in on line. Breakfast/fresh coffee not possible. The 1st floor would be better suited if set up like "Buckies", with simple "grab and go" breakfast sandwiches" and free coffee stands.

The view was incredible! We saw all of the Disney fireworks as well as the hotel?s NYE fireworks!

Housekeeping did not come until we were already going to bed the second day.

The restaurants

The pools use recycled water and are pretty dirty! I was surrounded by sick children. This was a disappointment seeing as they have a daily resort fee.

The waterslides

They did not have the rooms i requested and i had to pay $600.00 more to upgrade to the room types i needed. Mind you i reserved these rooms in January and special requested as well and neither were met. Very disappointed.

Beautiful place.. pools, room, layout of the hotel easy to navigate.. great food

Wasn¿t happy about the up-charge for chairs around the pool.. valet and parking charge was expensive. My 5 year girl was 3 inches to short for the slides .. understandable for safety .. life jackets would have been nice as an option ..or a smaller slide

Yes charged my 3 times 2 on a visa freedom once on a debt card.

The staff were very friendly and the property was very clean. We stayed a Saturday evening into Super Bowl Sunday and spent the entire day down at the pool area. It was very enjoyable, we hope to come back at some time.

lobby was a bit dated and not as impressive as expected.

This is our 3rd visit. Everyone and everything is fabulous. The staff all friendly , rooms perfect , restaurants, lobby bar , pools outstanding. We highly recommend

Parking garage is too far from the lobby. Have to buzz for help exiting the garage every time.

We booked over a month in advance and had to switch travel dates. There was no flexibility or any attempt to change the reservation or cancel despite how many days it was until booking. We didn¿t even stay in the hotel because of this as we were no longe
