Review summary
The hotel has received mixed reviews, with many guests highlighting the great location and comfortable rooms, which often provided a restful night's sleep and pleasant views. However, cleanliness remains a significant issue, with reports of uncleaned rooms, bugs, and unpleasant odors, alongside concerns about rude staff and ongoing construction. Despite these drawbacks, some guests appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of certain staff members and noted the overall quality of the rooms as a positive aspect.

Excellent location.
Inexperienced staff struggled to do their job at check in while others waited. 15 minutes to check in because he could not find our reservation at first. Maintenance had to come and fix the door because we could not get in for a couple of hours. Dilapidated fit and finish. Too many rooms for room Steward who showed up to clean our room in the evening. Toilet ran the whole time.

I liked the location and size of the hotel. You can see the marina from the lobby. The staff was customer oriented. They make you feel welcomed from the time you enter the lobby. You receive a hotel credit when you check in. It can be used at one of the stores within the hotel or I guess for room service. That was really nice. This hotel also offers meeting rooms or conference rooms, which may be a great option for businesses. It was really busy but everything moved smoothly and I really loved that.
I didn't like the parking. The valet staff were not as knowledgeable as they could be. There's not much area for you to park when you arrive for checking. The cost for parking is extremely expensive. There is a city lot across the street however it closes so your option is only to really Park with the hotel. Entry into the parking is easy but exiting you need your key or you can call the valet staff and someone will be able to let you out. The incidental hold was 125 per night instead of one single charge.

Great location, great food and very clean
When the sliding bathroom door was closed over, you could still see right through fromThe bedroom due to the massive gap between the door and the wall.

Quiet room comfy bed, good location , 90% of the staff awesome , nice pool , late checkout options.
Blasting music at the pool, pool’s furniture and some cleaning issues at the pool, no breakfast included and prices on site.Better value for money down the street at embassy.
