Very well situated downtown.
For the price, you'd expect very luxurious and high-quality rooms. The room quality was acceptable, but everything seemed a little worn down...

Great property and location - close to trains and walking distance to restaurants, clothing shops, and supermarkets.
I was surprised for marathon weekend, they didn’t have restaurants opened by 5am. I understand how odd that timing might be but it was surprising nonetheless.

Fantastic hotel, fab location, super central. Lovely room, stunning view of Chicago buildings. We just loved everything and we will surely be back! Highly recommend this hotel!!
The only thing I did not like is that our TV was acting a bit funny. I could not watch certain channels as the TV would switch off and on again intermittently - annoying because I really wanted to watch one of those channels given I do not live in the US, it was my only chance, but overall negligeable flaw compared to the whole experience.

Great location in the fancy part of Chicago (although I did prefer the vibe of staying in the Loop- my previous accommodation in Chicago a bit better). Hotel was extremely nice! Room was very spacious and bed was really comfy. Lighting in the bathroom was great for doing my make up!
The handles on the door to get in the shower were a bit weird. Would have been better if they were inside and outside for both doors. Also the towel hook was above the toilet, would be better on the wall next to the door instead.

The location was great. Close to everything. Very easy to get to the train, bus stops or shopping. Lots of options for food close by as well.
The beds are extremely hard, and pillows were way too soft. The entrance for the valet parking is not well marked and hard to find. The concierges was less than friendly. For the price I paid, I should have gotten a top floor suite! Extremely over priced!
