location, comfortable bed, terrific view, friendly & helpful staff

bathroom door lock was broken, and since I was staying with others, this felt slightly uncomfortable (as it was a sliding door and wouldn't always close all the way).

Cleanliness, staff very helpful and nice

$80 for valet Felt it could have been cheaper, really when your car is parked most of the trip

Door to magnificent mile closed early on Friday night so there only one entrance and very slim with help, rooms were tiny

I love the location and the room.

The staff in the front desk, I got discriminated against my self in front of others and embarrassed as it seemed personal to that worker and her peers seemed to just let her be. They made me feel in a valuated,, and would just brush off the situation.

first we were not able to check in until 8pm we were out on lobby with 2 year old for 3 hour or more, we book 3 room and we requested just 1 room but they said No ,firmly. The girl in reception was very very rude. no free internet.

Comfy beds, happy and helpful staff.

Hallways were a little dingy. They also charge a $25 destination fee that is returned to you in credits for use on food/drink. Feels a little weird, but we did use it on breakfast so I guess it was nice. Would rather just have my money to use as I want.

$25 drinks? Even the high-end restaurants downtown do not charge $25 for a drink. The ice maker was out. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The windows are not soundproof most of the hotels downtown have soundproof windows.

I really liked the location and how clean and modern everything was.

Our air conditioning did not work and the bedroom was so hot. The pillows were so flat that it was barely even there.

$25 hotel fee that is a credit to use there, but forces you to use it there also. I guess overall not a bad thing.

They are friendly,room was spotless and view was great.

The line was long but it was New Years Eve.

Was not pleased at all paid for valet $45 only to have to wait in a line for almost a hour!! Just to turn in ticket and over a hour wait to receive your car , the rooms wasnt not clean and had only cold water in the morning .. I would never stay at this

Location was perfect. Room was clean. Staff very nice. The lobby/bar was busy/fun!!

Could use more options on rooms. Most rooms downtown like this are small but only really a small then big giant suite option that is expensive. Nothing inbetween

The bed was comfortable in room 2233. Mini fridge in room. Also got to showtime for free. I liked the $25.00 food and beverage credit.

No microwave in room.

Didn¿t meet my expectations at all. I been using Marriott for many years and this one has been the worst so far. the only two good things that I have to say is the view and the cleanliness of the room.

A whole day without AC, lack of communication, the bathroom. I called front desk about my AC problem at 8am and instead of offering me a solution. It took them all day and another phone call to get this issue solved by sending me to another room.

Curtains were left open all day on the day we checked in so room was very hot with the wall of windows. Took all night for AC to catch up.
