- The hotel was spotless. The cleaning and engineering staff were awesome. The manager was empathetic and caring.

Cons -
- There was an elderly, female front desk clerk that was extremely rude and condescending. I walked away in tears. I had an issue during my check in, spoke to the manager. I was comped a second night. In the morning, the front desk clerk shamed me.
- The hotel is outdated. Looks like it hasn?t been remodeled since the 1990s. A few of the front desk folks are wonderful, others are a bit snobby.
- Our hotel room was dirty in many different spots, coffee area, tub, bathroom floor, we were not told that we were supposed to let someone know we wanted breakfast so they could charge the room and the guy came to our table and embarrassed us, and more
