Cleaning great

The whole $20 credit each day but only applied if you ate at Yard House, their restaurant. The food there was terrible.

Shout out to hotel employee at Registration for taking care of us! He was amazingly helpful and courteous.

Overall, the hotel and location was wonderful, just a mishap at Yard House, but it was taken care of.

Everything from the Room to the view to the location,and the Restaurants were all great 👍

gym, large bathroom, comfy bed

bathroom items (conditioner, lotion) not filled/available. staff not very helpful. no shuttle to airport

The employee who checked us in was delightful. She was super warm, professional and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to get us settled in our room early. It was the perfect check-in experience!

I did not like that Wi-fi is not free.

Very convenient location, no long waits with their smart elevator system. Easy to use television. Room felt like it had been updated fairly recently.

Would prefer tub shower combo but not a big deal.

The location

I have stayed at Marriot's before and therefore, I expected a robe. They had none. The mattress was also not as comfortable as I expected. It was a little hard.

only complaint is that the pool area and gym were overrun by children (early in morning and late at night). At 10pm, I want to relax at the pool - not have children running around, jumping and splashing. There should be "no children" hours.

Location, view, cleanliness

The room was adjoining with others on both sides, so you can hear neighbors very clearly. Conversations can be heard word for word and you can smell if a neighbor is smoking. Proceed with caution

This hotel stated there was a $25 credit for the restaurant. They took the money off at the restaurant and then charged it back when you checked out. 100% scam!!!

Everything worked well, well appointed room with amazing views, friendly and professional staff, updated rooms. An overall excellent stay.

Rather expensive, but seems in line with similar other hotels in the area.

Very clean hotel.Very good location and with a ton of stuff to do in the area. Right next to the subway. Excellent option overall. Very happy.

The only complaints I had, was the room had no microwave and the car valet service at checkout was poorly setup

The bed was very comfortable as was the chair. Really liked the Keurig coffee maker. The elevator system was good for a high rise hotel. Receptionist was very nice, helpful and friendly, Lyndsey.

It was centrally located in town so you could walk to just about anywhere and staff was very nice. Food in the Yard House Restaurant was very good.

Hallways were freezing!

The room was nice, easy check in and check out. I liked the 12pm check out time, it allowed us to sleep in.

You have to pay for parking and for internet which I think is ridiculous for the price of the stay. Those things should be included.

The room was right next to the elevator shaft with continuous loud noise all night long.

The location was the best about the hotel

Really need to figure out a better situation on the elevators, I spent more time waiting for an elevator than I ever have in my life. One time 6 elevators came and went before i got mine and I was there before all of them.

Great experience! Other than a hefty parking fee, everything else was great -room is newly renovated, great location, friendly staff etc.
