The hotel was very nice! The location was great with plenty to do in the area. This was a nice anniversary/birthday for my husband and myself.

Excellently located. Room quiet. HVAC system quiet and quickly responds to changes. Beds comfortable. Room and property clean.
Nothing, everything was good.

Location, good beds, clean rooms
Customer facing staff are inconsistent; many have poor manners, do the the bare minimum

The location is perfect - easy walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping, parks and the major sights in Boston. The hotel itself is beautiful. We had a room on an upper floor - which I would recommend. The hotel includes a Yardhouse on the second floor and a Starbucks as well if that's your coffee preference. Our room was well appointed with a comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Can't think of a better place to stay for a Boston visit!
The only thing that was surprising to us was the internet in the room. You had to pay a daily internet fee to have internet in the room - which for this level of a hotel we would not have expected. Rather than being charged a separate internet fee it would have felt better to just have that cost built into the room rate.

Everything. Food at hotel excellent. Room had a really nice view of the Charles River.
A minor complaint, but I couldn't turn off the night light in the bathroom to get the room totally dark.

Room was clean, well laid out with wonderful mattresses, sheets and pillows. Like being at home. Staff was exceptional and helped with directions for the next leg of our journey. We took the train to NY on departure before heading home. The restaurants were really nice. This hotel is connected to a mall area so it's really easy to get around without going outside in inclement weather.
The bathroom was a tad small but fime and clean. The exhaust fan was inadequte (natural venting) when taking a shower.

Very good location
There was a constant and very bad noise from the air conditioner. I asked them to find a way, they did not fix it and told us there are no other rooms available to change it.

Great location! Connected fo prudential center and very walkable to so many places. There was even a parking g garage connected so I could easily park my car and use when needed.
Valet parking was $75, Self Parking was $45/day. If you exited more than once a day, self park was more than valet. I only did that once so it ended up being still cheaper than valet. The only other hiccup we had was we wanted to shorten our stay and check out early but I wasn’t able to do so without cancelling and re booking. When I tried to re book, my desired check out day was not an option. I ended up keeping the extra night and we made use of the room during the day since we had a late flight. Just a caveat when using third party booking.
