I loved the way this place is so organized the staff very helpful on anything that was needed very well clean I will recommend it to family and friends I had a great time I will be back in near future.

Bbq spots, many pool options.

Spiders, cockaroaches, and spider webs in the room, the back door has no security and was broken, the room says it has a full kitchen but gives us a kitchenette, the sprinklers give water to everywhere else but the plants and smells bad. $25 for the wprk.

Crowd seemed a bit rowdy.There was an incident and 7 police officers were right in front our room. Did not feel safe. There is a pizza resturant on site and the staff was not freindly and very rude. Pizza tasted like carboard.

Wasn't handicap assessable. No hot water for early morning rising. not sugar in the room

The WiFi was horrible it barely worked, they charged for a resort fee but also had to pay extra for the waterpark. It took over 30 minutes to check in the line was so long,The line to get in to the waterpark was extremely long and took forever. And more

Great Location. Beautiful grounds

With so many buildings and amenities (which was unexpected at $30 a day) it took a while to figure out where everything was. Got our steps in, though. :) 😀

My room had many light fixtures and plug outlets that did not work, also we had rags with big makeup stains on them.

It was not clear on the website what amenities were included in cost. I felt cheated.

The resort fee was pricey & the drinks at the pool bars were ridiculously priced.

Restaurant, pool area and it was really crowded when we passed by it so we never went.

Yes, the bed had bugs on it and bugs on the sinks and counters. Maybe because it was an old room or someone didn't clean it right

very closed to everything ( park amusement).

We did not like that the hotel only have outside pool and while we were there, the weather was not very good in the evening and going to the pool was not an option. the children had to stay in the room due to the rain.

The rooms were large and clean. Nice friendly staff.

The blinds that covered window and slider to balcony need to be replaced - allows too much light to come in. Also, the locks on the glass slider to balcony (screened-in) would not lock. It made me feel a little uneasy even though I was on the 5th FL.

The security, amenities, great staff, the suite was a home away from home.

The location, and the cleanliness of my room was great.

The cost of the water park was just to high. The cost should be included in the hotel rates given the park is small and closes at a certain time. Also I waited in line an hour to check in because only two staff members was working the desk.
