Alot of restaurants/ things to do on site, nice rooms, big showers and bath tubs, big fitness center
How long the check-in takes/ miss leading "free breakfast", outside of rooms & elevators are ugly,"jacuzzi" in room doesn't work

Location and hotel it self is nice
They try to book you to a time share meeting and the person kept sending us text messages all day during one of our park visits.

Our room was in a building that had been recently updated. Pleasant surprise considering the bedding in the current photos looks a bit dated. Excellent location to the Universal parks. A quick 10 minute drive if that! Also you are very close to a Walmart, so you can pick up anything you may have forgotten. Parking is free and there were plenty of spaces to park!
This resort does sell timeshares. After check-in we were ushered to another area to pick up our parking pass, and that is where they sell you on the timeshare presentation. After realizing what was happening, we turned it down and the associate was very understanding and responsive.

Great location and lots to do.
-One bartender at Treasure Cove Waterpark on Saturday afternoon. This lady was by herself fixing drinks, taking food orders, and serving food. Too overwhelming! The same thing was for another female bartender, who was at the Drafts. It actually took her so long to fix me a Blue Hawaiian that I just left. Plus other people came in after me and were treated with priority. Always should have 2 employees working at these locations. Thanks

Room was very spacious bed comfortable
Checked in around 5 after waiting to be seen made it to the furthest building my children changed to go to the waterpark only for it to be closed, which was why we came. Went to front desk who advised us it closed at 6 and it was an additional $25. Walked in the room knives were on the counter drawer was missing I have a 6 year old autistic son so that was very dangerous. Kids didn’t enjoy their experience check out is 10 waterpark doesn’t open until 11 waste of money and time.

When you put a complaint in and not sure where the mix-up was or security, didn't read the notes when sent over. To them but still waiting on a manger to call me back.No
