Staff was friendly. Very convenient location

There were roaches and other bugs. Doors were all scratch and torn up and so was the carpet. Bed you could feel the springs in it. Couch was terrible

The room was clean

The short heavy set female front desk worker is rude. She works in the mornings and seems unhappy with her life.

Great location, convenient room for a family of five. The staff was friendly. There are several nice restaurants, a bakery and Walgreens nearby.

Dirty hallways smelling of Marijuana half the time. The mattress on the pull-out couch was filthy. We paid extra for included breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all. The employee explained that they had run out of food faster than expected, and were not restocking until Sunday. On Sunday morning, the only thing available for breakfast was instant oatmeal.

Location. The rooms were cleaned very well.

Most, but not all staff were difficult to deal with. We confirmed the booking a week in advance, (we had 4 rooms) and it took 20 minutes to find the booking on their system. They blamed it on the fact we booked it through booking.com! When we came a week later we got 3 of the rooms on time, the last room was an hour late. Once we got into our 1st room, someone using a key card entered our room. We complained to the staff and they apologized. Was unnerving. One family member claimed they saw a cockroach in their room, but I can't confirm that. They have a pool, but there is a sign from the local authorities shutting it down for being unsafe.

Close to universal and great customer service by the gentleman in the front desk. Super clean rooms

The staff was very friendly. The location was great. Great value, and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in.

The "breakfast included" was just oatmeal. There were a couple of other things, but not the hotels fault. Overall, it was all good. Would definitely stay again.

Dirty. Smelling the whole room.Curtains full of yellow and black spots, disgusting. Carpets as well. Very old dirty furniture.I had the feeling I dont wanna touch anything.Since I have gluten allergy wanted to cook, but the kitchen was not equipped at all, not even a cup to drink…very disappointed.
