The staff

Cleanliness, everything was dirty. I had to buy products to clean the room and always there was food odor in it, when people from others rooms were cooking. All day and night. There are people who lived in the hotel.

It was roomy and close to Universal Studios

It advertised a queen bed, and it was a full-size mattress on a queen boxspring, the carpet was very worn. The room itself was kind of worn and outdated.

Low cost

Stove did not work No hairdryer Loud fighting in the room next-door Police called several times to the hotel Very poor continental breakfast Housekeeping never made a single visit to the room

Nothing. It was awful, smelled terrible, hair all over the pull out couch and no rollaway was available.

Hair on most of the surfaces and couch, smell was clearly cleaning products trying to cover up smoke. We should get our money back for the nasty place. I did not feel safe with my children.

The staff were helpful.

I stayed 30 minutes and booked elsewhere. The place smelled of cigars, had overflowing trash cans, dirty hallways, and barking dogs. It felt more like a motel in a rough neighborhood than a hotel. Deplorable. Remove it from your list of acceptable hotels.

An early check out about 06:30 am, there was a homeless man slept right in front of our second floor room,

Nice size room and close to DISNEY Overall price was good! Nice quiet pool

Had to ask for dishes etc for the kitchen use, locked up coffee system at 9 am sharp.. no sugar at coffee station.. NO breakfast as advertised and seemed to be a hotel for transients

Close proximity to Universal studios and walkable distance to restaurants

Rooms were gross. Sun lighting, water damage on ceiling next to window, just generally felt icky and gross.

Comfortable beds

Out of coffee makers, had to go buy one. Planned on swimming,we were all very disappointed the building they moved us to did not have a pool

The smell of rooms and roaches that landed on my wife body and crawled on her water bottle

Pool closed. Hallways smelled like body odor and marijuana.

The room was very dirty. The furniture was stained and the walls were damaged. The closet doors were removed or missing. The windows were very dirty. The room smells like cigarettes.

Customer service so poor and filthy floor and bad smell

Staff unable and room was not cleaned ( I had to switch rooms and both was unpleasant)

It has laundry facilities.

Bad! Our room reeked of marijuana. Moved to a new room-smelled like cigarettes. People hanging around the building everywhere. Kids doing homework in the halls, people smoking cigars at the entry. Parking lot was crazy¿a man urinating in public. Dirty.:

Location was the only good thing

Never answered their phone the front desk never was there to help when needed

The location was great the front desk clerk was very nice but the maid came at ten to and said she was doing room service then she went to the front desk and complained at 11 saying I wasn't coming out and I had told her I threw up and was cleaning it up

While cleaning up the vomit off the floor the maid cause the front clerk to come banging on the door

What I like about it was the parks, Resturatants were super close.

The room smelled really bad we ended up buying air fresher but that didn¿t help, the bathroom tub was linking water.

Nothing. Worst experience

There was nothing best about the hotel. There were cockroaches and other insects in throom. I asked hotel staff to ckean the room but no one even bothered to check or clean. Worst experience ever.

The only thing good about the hotel is the room was clean and had different entrances and exits so you didn¿t have to walk in the lobby every time you left or came back to the hotel.

The hotel is very loud, you can hear kids running through the hallway, the room next door to me I can hear the people talking as well as their toilet flushing and their showers running, dogs in the hotel barking, the room above me was kids running.
