Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

Very nice hotel location. Nice gardens with water and swimming pools. Room and bed very comfortable

I was shocked to hear we had to pay 30 dollar a night for parking. This was our 4th stay here. But this was a unfortuned suprise, since we never had to pay for parking before.

Had a lot of pool options. Rooms are clean.

Check-in was extremely late. We didn’t get our room until after 6:30.

Property was great, spacious rooms and quiet

Check in process was not good. There was a long line to check in, a then another long line to receive a parking pass. Suggest streamlining the process so tired guests can check right in on arrival.

The room is clean and has enough space for family. The room facility is relatively new. We enjoyed the room in our stay!

Hard to reach front desk. Called a few times to ask for services but only 1-2 times can reach the front desk. No good food services nearby. Have to go outside to get food.

Spacious, clean, well equipped room. Comfy bed, plenty of linens. Location close to Orlando attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. I recommend it and would go back❤️

The property is spectacular! The pool, the amenities, all that they offer (basketball court, gym, market inside the property with a Starbucks, activities, restaurants, etc.), and the apartment was SO clean and the furniture was modern and well kept. The bed was comfortable, we had an amazing pond view and ate breakfast at our little varanda, the bathroom was well equipped and the water pressure was better than any I’ve ever had - including my own bathroom. Everything looked impeccable and we also felt very safe. They take such good care of the property and I saw security doing rounds at night too. We were very pleased and will definitely come back!

This was our second time staying at this resort and it's a great option for our family. The villas are spacious and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities and pools are easy to access.

The villas we stayed in had ants in the kitchen, not a ton but a steady stream around the windows in the kitchen. Not great, but it was also Florida in August so we just dealt with it.

The amenities on the property were great and the resort was centrally located around a lot of restaurants. It had a washer and dryer and dishwasher and cookware

I had to kill 3 bugs in the master bedroom and saw another on the wall. There was a used condom wrapper and a candy wrapper on the floor behind the bedside table, the AC didn’t work and the TV in the room had no volume. The thing that upset me the worse was the sliding glass door to the balcony was not locked and it looks like the neighbors had access to the same balcony as well. I called the front desk and they did send pest control and maintenance. The maintenance man pointed out the AC duct was blocked and couldn’t drain so he had to show me where the unit was leaking and he changed the filter also which he stated looked like it hadn’t been changed in 6 months.
