The pillows are way too big and gave me neck pain

I loved that the Villas were more private and had a private pool. The hotel was very clean and the soaking tub was hug! The beds were very comfortable!

Resort fees are extremely horrible, especially when I?m already paying taxes and paying $29 a day just to park my car

They let me check in early for $75. Coming from another time zone really helped us out !

Beautiful pool area, abundance of towels, fun little game room. Staff was amazing, helpful and quick with towels.

Fees, air wasn?t working correctly

It was very clean.

Two things: Not enough umbrellas for those of us that do not love the sun. There is a very strong odor throughout the hotel. It?s floral and it made me sick. I asked the front desk about it and they said they?ve never heard that complaint.

From the time we drove in the staff that?s outside and greeting us when we come out our car the young man that was there that day that morning when I got in was absolutely fantastic off the bat. I already recommended this hotel to a couple of people.

The hotel smell, the pool, and location. Everything is within distance.

Although it was a nice hotel....they Nickle and dime you on everything. Not only do you have to pay a resort fee you also have to pay a fee for parking every day on top of a $100 per night fee for incidentals....

Hidden prices! Pricy parking fees. At the the reception you will be presented with fees such as amenities fees such as WiFi, coffee, water and shuttle fees to Disney even when you are not here for Disney vacation. More of an exploitation strategy!!!

We as a family loved the Bikes it was so much fun ! Our 9 year old grandson rated it a10 and i agree! We will always remember that moment. The Christmas activity the decoration All Awesome! We would definitely stay again

Since we were there to escape the hurricane and all of the Resort amenities were cx?d due to the hurricane,, including room services for food, I thought it was a little price gouging that we were still charged a resort fee.

The location is idea for Disney, and the pool areas is nice.

I got a room with mold,and did move me,but when I was down stairs there was another couple complaining about the same thing.The Ac did work properly,breakfast was 29 per person,WiFi is free,parking in 29 per day.This is not advertisedShuttle,just Uber!
