While the beds themselves are spacious and well-designed, the bedding setup leaves much to be desired. The combination of sheet–blanket–sheet may look neat at first, but it doesn’t hold up through the night. As you sleep, the layers tend to shift and come apart, making it difficult to stay comfortable. Despite the quality of the mattresses, the bedding arrangement feels fussy and impractical. A more cohesive or modern approach to bedding would make a big difference in the overall sleep experience.

Very good hotel and excellent food at breakfast. The buffet was very good and the drinks at the bar were super good. The rooms were super clean. The front desk staff were super friendly.

The property is beautiful!! It’s clean and the rooms are spacious. Stadium Bar gives a cool atmosphere, lots of tvs to watch different sporting events. We enjoyed the drinks at Calypso by the pool. The kids enjoyed the flamingo scavenger hunt. It really helps you to see all of the resort grounds. Most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There are covered walkways to the towers for when it rains. There are different types of restaurants. It really gives “resort life.”

The staff are consistently walking around the pool area; however, they could be more proactive about getting the trash off of tables that some guests unfortunately leave.

Such a beautiful hotel! Clean and well kept. Lots of choice for restaurants and snacks. Open and light and spacious design. Rooms were lovely. Large, well designed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool is luscious! Polite and helpful staff at front desk. Just a lovely overall ambiance.

It was extremely busy (Easter break) which was only evident poolside. There were no beds available unless you went to the back row which was too far Away from the pool to enjoy that feeling of being in a resort and being able to watch the kids play in the water etc. I like to have a little bottle of body lotion in my room along with the shower gel and shampoo etc. that’s because i travel extremely light so don’t want to bring those things with me. Just meant I needed to purchase some at the store.

It was very well maintained and had tons of space to walk, ride bikes etc. The main pool was busy and more of a ‘party’ atmosphere, the villa pool was quiet and relaxing. The food at the restaurants was excellent albeit a bit pricey. Staff was very polite and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

I had to cancel my credit card because the hotel kept charging the nightly room rate despite the booking being fully paid in advance - it triggered my credit company’s fraud alert system. Somewhat of a strange automated billing system.
