- Room was a good size, well equipped and clean.

Cons -
- Restaurant & bar were not opened
- A dozen or so marketing and irrelevant emails before we arrived including a satisfaction of stay survey. No advice that the restaurant only served pizza and the season was closing. Unresponsive to requests to refund incidentals charge on card.
- Service slow and no attention to detail. Had to ask about rollaway bed being removed but this never happened.

The staff were all very helpful and polite.
The corridors in the bedroom areas are shabby. The resort fees are absolutely ridiculous, the adults only pool is tiny, very unsure how they justify the charge! The hotel isn't in town, you either need to have a car or use Uber, they have a complimentary car into town but not back out. I really don't think it is in any way good value for the quality or services.
