The hotel itself and room was great . Only thing was the intense smell like moth balls in the room was why I would rate it lower.

I've never come across such rude and lazy staff. I checked out at 5 am and the elevator was out. I had surgery 3 days prior and was recovering. Asked the young guy jose that was just sitting if he could grab my bags ( which at check in was offered). He ignored me then when I asked again he got an attitude. Then walked away. I could writing about his comments and attitude but him telling me to having a nice f**** day old lady is how it ended. Btw way im 40 ,so again he had to be early 20s. Never been so irate. Mix up with booking and also had attitude. Had to tell housekeeping 3 x the first day i didnt need cleaning and after last knock got a she doesn't speak good English ( so thats my fault). Sat at the bar 20 mins while staff kept walking by with even one sitting beside me, then finally I asked for a drink . Then they tell me oh we're not open to serve. Staff horrible

Location is wonderful. The art deco style is what we love. The room was clean and cool.

Their elevator is not working and we were on the 4th floor. Bathtub is slow to drain.

The reception staff were very attentive. I liked that they stored our luggages at check in and check out free of charge :)The shower was good, good pressure of water. The room was also well equipped, with a small fridge, air conditioning, tv and fan. The room was clean.

I didn’t really like the bed, it was not comfortable, very soft. Same as the pillows, uncomfortable.The carpets at the hotel entrance didn't look clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to store our luggage and let us get into our room earlier than 4pm. Room was clean and the restaurant in the front was very good. The location is perfect.

The bathroom definitely needs some renovation. No cover on the toilet, very minimum space to put anything next to the sink. The shower unit has design issues so water got all floor after a quick shower.

Perfect location, great vibes, friendly staff, nice design, and clean.

The one thing I would add is a light in the closet. It was hard to see our stuff at night without the additional sunlight.

Excellent location and the hotel was very clean and well kept.

Location is excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Best part was having bicycles available to roam around in. :-)

Only issue was the elevator wasn't working. Not too big a deal if you're just on the 2nd or 3rd floors.
