Been to a lot of hotels and this one hits the sweetspot: clean, nice facilities, a great gym for the size, a good room and everything just worked.
People at the gym didn’t use towels and were watching telenovelas from their phones at full volume without headphones.

It was a great location, right and center. The staff was helpful, and courteous.
I didnt “dislike” anything. Room for improvement more like…the linens can use a better detergent to make it smell fresher. Also whoever manages the booking.com point of contact for the Hotel, it would be nice if they were more attentive.

The staff were very nice. The rooms were clean.
Although the location seems convenient (close to Union Square), in reality it didn’t feel safe—especially at night.The beds were too soft, and the rooms were quite noisy.Parking at the hotel was extremely expensive ($75 per night), so we opted for a nearby self-parking option at $50 per night, which unfortunately also felt unsafe after dark.

Good location for exploring. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Italian restaurant in the hotel serves really nice food. Large room with 2 double beds, comfortable and clean.
Not far from Tenderloin which is where the homeless tend to be, about 3 blocks away although it felt safe and never had any issues. No kettle in the room however reception supplied one when we asked.
