- Great quality as always. View was excellent.
- Great location - within walking distance of the Embarcadero, North Beach, Chinatown, and many other sites. Plus, the cable car is just outside the door!

- Understandably due to the age of the building, windows let a certain amount draft through the gaps of the windows especially during the storm. Walk in shower tended to let water out into the bathroom floor even with a mat.
- The hotel rooms and hallways extremely aged.
- Room was not great. Rugs were old and dirty
