- Free hot coffee in the Lobby, the hostess from the restaurant was able to get me hot tea for free. Views from the top of the mark.

Cons -
- The pillows looked beautiful but were awful. Feathery with no head and neck support.
- Everything except valet staff
- Understandably due to the age of the building, windows let a certain amount draft through the gaps of the windows especially during the storm. Walk in shower tended to let water out into the bathroom floor even with a mat.

Great location - within walking distance of the Embarcadero, North Beach, Chinatown, and many other sites. Plus, the cable car is just outside the door!
