- All of it was good
- The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Walking distance to Disney springs and tons of amenities
Cons -
- Bugs in room, carpet dirty, curtain stained.
- Didn’t have the reserved room accommodation. Finally provided a king room and it had bugs. We had them move our room. Self parking never worked, shuttle bus drivers were aggressively yelling as we were waiting for security to open the parking gate.
- We were originally put in The Island building. It was way out of the way and extremely outdated old and dingy. But the staff happily moved us and our bags to the Tower upon request. Much better there.
