Rooms very clean. Staff very pleasant despite being extremely busy
We had three rooms two were adjoining, but the other one was a distance away. Wish we could’ve been closer together.Rooms weren’t available on arrival perhaps understaffed?We were celebrating Christmas together, so it was difficult to have space for all of us being together. When I inquired about a room for us to play games in, the cost was 550. ?

Lot of little things didn’t work or werebroken: clock, coffee maker, soap dish, stripping under door, mechanism for window blinds, noisy hvac. Only a contortionist could reach the toilet paper. Small, crowded lobby. Overall ok but only a 2+ - 3 star property, mostly because of its great location .

Everyone was Friendly and professional. The location is Great! We were there for our anniversary, so the front desk sent us a bottle of sparkling wine. It was a very nice touch to make our stay feel special.
Our GPS took us to the parking garage that's underground at first, but we missed where to turn into the area. So we put the address back in to try to go back around, but it kept taking us above ground with no way to the garage. We figured out how to get back down there, but if there was some kind of specific address for the garage for people that aren't familiar with the city, it would be helpful.

Everyone was very courteous. It was so nice! Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping was impeccable.
Price for breakfast is quite steep for your basic buffet.
