It’s at a great location. Easy access to restaurants, attractions & transit. The staff was great. The room was spacious with a great view.

Paid over $--- for our stay for two nights. Will never stay at this hotel. Room was cold, staffs ignored or forgot our requests, bathtub was not draining well. No offer to switch the room.

I love the location of this hotel and the dive-in movie nights for the kids is an awesome concept.

There didn’t seem to be enough staff to cover valet services. This is an expensive ADDED cost and you have to wait for your car for a longer time than necessary. Calling ahead for your car is pointless because no one ever answers the phone.

Front desk staff was extremely rude and lied about fees on check in. The AC in the room did not work well and the room was very humid. Parking is also a ridiculous $88/day.

Friendly staff and upgraded room. Very cool and historic meeting spaces.

Location can?t be beat. Only hotel in Chicago on Mich Ave with lobby on ground level.

The movies didn?t work and no one fixed it and the room service was paused from 1030-330 pm which was inconvenient because my son was napping

Bell desk I have to wait for my suits and the brought me one that was somebody else then I have to wait more time to get the right one.Also maintenance took a long time to check the tv that was not working and was not able to fix it.

Charged for a roll away bed that was guaranteed by front desk to be included. Extra $400.

The area it was located: near food, shopping, museums, transportation and tourist destinations. We stayed here for Lolla so it was only a short walk to the park..

The rooms were very nice and clean

They double charged my account and the customer service experience has been horrible. I still have not received my money back nor have they offered to make things right.

Location, hotel restaurants were amazing and the staff was very helpful.

No we would definitely stay here again.

Valet, friendly staff, Pool and Jordan Restaurant in Lobby

City views can be mid even on highest levels.

Perfect location. Beautiful and clean. Pool area was very nice. Movie night was a huge hit for my kids.

The room was very small. Could only fit two full sized beds not even queens. No other place to sit other than the beds and no microwave in hotel for guests to use. Fridge was very small too.

I got a corner room in the renovated Executive Tower and was very pleased by the size of the room, the furnishings, large well equipped bathroom and the comfort of the bed and linens. Staff was excellent from front desk / check in to housekeeping

Only complaint is that the sauna in men's locker room not hot enough. I couldn't even break a sweat

The location was the best part and the valet parking was easy. The bathroom amenities were of high quality, and the room was furnished nicely.

The fan rattled with the heat, the room was warm despite being turned down as low as it would go, and the beds were uncomfortable. There also were not enough towels provided. A larger fridge would have been helpful as well.
