Great location. Walking distance to public transit and many restaurants and coffee shops. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Punchline comedy club.Everything in the hotel looked very high-end and luxury. The elevators are spacious, quiet, and very fast. They have water filter stations on every floor to refill water bottles for free. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and stocked.

The beds were extremely firm, borderline uncomfortable. Pillows were either too firm or too soft. Water pressure in the shower was low. There are lights along the base of the beds that light up when you walk past—helpful in the middle of the night, except the ones on the bed across from me came on multiple times (perhaps the blanket triggered it somehow?) and woke me up.

I had an exceptional stay at this luxury hotel. The ambiance exudes elegance and comfort, creating a truly relaxing experience from the moment you arrive. The rooms are impeccably designed, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed to ensure maximum comfort. The service throughout the property was consistently attentive and professional, reflecting a high standard of hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and memorable stay.

Very nice, modern hotel. The lobby and bar area on the first floor is a bit small, but the main dining room is on the third floor. Very friendly staff. I like this location as there are many transportation options. You're close to the Ferry Building too.

The downtown area is still very quiet as we come out of the Covid epidemic, so you may want to choose a different neighborhood if you want to walk to a lot of restaurants/bars after dark.

Great location and very comfortable hotel. We were really impressed that they had a Clefs D'Or concierge on staff. Truly a sign of a top hotel!

Location.....close to Ferry building , restaurants, shopping......

Given an accessible room....door difficult to operate as it opens and closes loudly on its own.....does not have a bath tub..

I seem to have had some sort of allergic reaction to the bed sheets. Im not sure if it was the fabric softener or laundry soap, but it made my skin incredibly irritated. Otherwise, everything was great.

As always, the room, staff, facility and location are the best. The staff especially are always polite and professional.

The water pressure is very low in the bathroom sink.
