Pros +
- From the moment my partner and I arrived at the Hyatt, the experience was deeply uncomfortable and escalated almost immediately. Before we could even properly check in, staff members began hovering, questioning us, and following us throughout the property. We were repeatedly approached and spoken to in a way that felt accusatory rather than welcoming. At one point, it was insinuated that trash on the floor was ours — as though we had consumed and discarded it there — which was not only completely false, but humiliating. Despite having a confirmed booking and clearly stating multiple times that we were registered guests, several staff members continued to treat us as if we did not belong there. The constant monitoring, interruptions, and tone used toward us created an atmosphere that felt hostile and harassing. We were followed in and out from the moment we arrived, making it nearly impossible to complete the check-in process without feeling targeted. The situation became so uncomfortable and distressing that we ultimately decided not to stay at all. We never spent the night, never settled in, and left feeling disrespected and deeply unsettled. It was one of the most uncomfortable hospitality experiences I have ever encountered.

- You need to improve on your restaurant menu selection. Though I was satisfied, your uptop bar was very limited, especially for anyone choosing to eat healthy. The lower level restaurant was closed for all my visit but I was there a few years ago and it was open. This too could use a healthier menu option
- Bed was small for us. The pillows were not such great quality
