Nice. Quiet, staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Location. I thought it was closer to the main visiting area than it was.

I drove 5 hours to get to the hotel so I can start exploring the city for the first time but room was not ready on time so I lost an hour .this was the first Hampton inn I ever stayed in that charges for parking even though the location was away from the action in the historic downtown. Then the front desk sold me two tickets for a hop on hop off trolly at 4:17 pm and they didn’t tell me that the last trolley departs at 4pm. So we found ourselves roaming the streets disappointed at the loss of time. We came back at night to find out that the faucet in the bath tub wasn’t working so my wife couldn’t take a bath. Also the tv was not working and there was only one channel:CNN . Our trip was not pleasant but we tried to make the best of it after we checked out

Staff was extremely friendly, especially the front desk at check-in and check out. Rooms were clean. Any problems were promptly addressed. Great breakfast. Complimentary cookies and bottled water were added touch. The suite was large.

We were missing linens for both pull out couches. Box of tissues needed replacing.

the bathroom faucet was an issue. I was very displeased with the parking cost of $15 a day not clear when I made the reservation - it said parking available. However, hidden in amenities per the hotel staff it was there. I never saw it. I would not return to this location nor would I use booking.com again. I've used other third parties without issue. However, this experience has been off-putting to say the least.

It was convenient to where we needed to be. Our room was clean.

The “fitness center” was part of why I booked at this facility. The Peloton was not working and the log in info posted did not work so I was unable to use that. Then the treadmill was also not working. Some of the weights were missing. The breakfast was not very desirable. The bananas sat for days and were brown. Apples were soft. The oatmeal looked like it had been sitting for more than a day (or more maybe). Other fruit was mushy. During evening some of the tea bags ran out and front desk staff was unwilling to provide a refill.
