- Our grandchild was born at OU medical and it was only a mile away! So perfect for us
- The staff was so kind My travel was uncertain and I had N infant with me. The staff helped me in and out of doors. Getting my food at the excellent breakfast bar. Every time I extended my stay they graciously worked with me to meet our needs
- The room was great. Breakfast was also great. The hotel engineer was very nice.

- The front desk staff. I wasnt greeted and went up to the counter. She acted like I was an inconvenience or interrupted her break. They were condescending. TV did not charge my phone.

The staff was friendly and very personable. The entire hotel had a luxurious feel and it truly felt like the staff enjoyed their jobs and treated every customer with respect and kindness.
