Our grandchild was born at OU medical and it was only a mile away! So perfect for us

The staff was so kind My travel was uncertain and I had N infant with me. The staff helped me in and out of doors. Getting my food at the excellent breakfast bar. Every time I extended my stay they graciously worked with me to meet our needs

The room was great. Breakfast was also great. The hotel engineer was very nice.

The front desk staff. I wasnt greeted and went up to the counter. She acted like I was an inconvenience or interrupted her break. They were condescending. TV did not charge my phone.

Hotel & room were super nice & clean. Bed was comfortable. All the staff were amazing. Would stay here again for sure. Pool was clean and not freezing. Evening reception was great. Breakfast was very good. Great experience. Noon check out was very helpful

Can't say anything that would stop me from staying here again. Our room was on the 6th floor and water pressure in shower was not great. And just FYI there is a $18 parking fee. Not sure if its per stay or per day as we were only there one night. Not bad

Music was so loud due to convention down stairs music didn¿t stop until after 11 pm

The young female and a older male manager  made our check in very challenging. They didn¿t check us in until 3hrs after the checkin time. I left a Google review with images.

Pool only open from 830 pm to 11pm chose hotel so the kids could swim.

The breakfast and the complimentary cocktail hour. Everyone was was very professional and polite. My overall experience was great! I will be staying at this hotel again!

The parking fee but it is what it is!

Most comfortable bed I¿ve ever slept in at a hotel. Staff was very nice. The shower was huge and water pressure was great.

I was speaking at a conference there, so the location was perfect. The staff was great!

Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Blackout curtains actually kept light out. Complimentary drinks were great.

Hotel in excellent condition. Plenty of parking. Room was excellent. Hotel is easy to get to by car. Breakfast was great.

By omission, the hotel does not mention the $14/day parking fee on a surface lot. I surprised by the fee. Most hotels charge if you are parking in a parking garage. I cannot remember paying a fee to park on a surface lot.

Clean, great beds, very new, breakfast

Some of the staff were borderline rude, like they didn't want to be there. Some of the staff were very good, few bad apples can ruin the lot.

Coffee pot in room was missing but gave me extra incentive to get up early and get the free coffee in the lobby along with breakfast.

We were there about 30 minutes early and was turned away to return at 3pm and still took long to acquire our reserved room.

Room was clean and the layout was great for traveling with young children.

Paying for parking was annoying but especially so when I had to walk back out to hang a pass in my car after checking in. Not ideal when arriving by myself at nighttime with 2 toddlers.

Reserved a king suite 4 weeks ago. Only to show up and be told they oversold the rooms. The price started advertised versus the 50.00 added when I paid. ONLY TO NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR

The biggest was the complimentary wine. The pool was nice for my kids.. the room had a lot of space. I didn't get her name but the lady at the front desk around 530pm on Saturday was really pleasant..

The $14 per car parking fee.. I get you have to pay the security it just seemed a bit high especially since there is no other place to park so it's basically forced unless you get dropped off
