The room was really spacious and clean. The location was nice as well. Breakfast was solid.

The location, staff, simplicity, breakfast, cleanliness and ease of using pretty much anything in the hotel. There were also a lot of parking spots and wifi was super easy to connect and use. Getting around the city was easy and there were bunch of restaurants nearby as well.

The price was way too high. Two days for $700 is very high. I understand that the prices were raised because of Comic-con but as someone who was not attending the conventional and didn't have an option other than this weekend, the prices were ridiculously expensive. My place tickets to San Diego were cheaper than the stay.

If you serve breakfast from 6 to 9 and a guest arrives at 8:30am, there should be fresh hot coffee. There should be juices in the juice machine. There should be bread to make toast and there should be an ample amount of scrambled eggs and or bacon or sausage patties, as well as adequate room to sit down at a table. Staffing should be 2 persons at minimum. Customer service training crucial.
