- Noise of AC in room Hard to turn shower on No coffee in lobby No water bottle fillers in lobby
- First room smelled of strong cigarettes Second room toilet would not stop running( had to keep jiggling and anytime guest used shower or toilet it was loud and kept us awake. Most staff did not understand English.
- Only complaint is the Bed was too high My husband had a hard time getting into it. He has an injured leg

Location and nice pool
Expensive drinks at tiki bar the breakfast was cold and burnt bacon and no fruit or healthy stuff and when I asked when checked in why it went from $426 to $509 the guy in check in said it’s deposit so thought at check out I’d get that back no when I checked out it still was $509.00 they told me when asked it was resort fees and $20 a day parking crazyyyy
