The staff, each single member of staff!!!Very polite, very friendly and helpful.They made us an ungrade upon arrival for free, as we had an early morning flight, they let us check in at 9-10am in the morning, offered a complimentary breakfast upon arrival. That was fantastic.Breakfast in the gorgeous lobby.

Probably the most luxurious hotel in Rome. Truly worth the price, amazing facility/ friendly staff and comfy bedrooms. However, a bit pricey.

I was charged twice: the first time was a block of €3,500 on my card, and the second was the actual payment of €3,468. The receptionist assured me that the blocked amount of €3,500 would be refunded to my card, but as of now, the amount has not been returned. This experience was frustrating and should be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Nothing at all

First of all the keep us waiting for check in for one hour & they give our room to other person. For that they gave us room for disabled people & they didn’t inform us

Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, close to central train station. Were given an upgrade from imperial room to suite on arrival which was excellent.

Service was pleasant but on the slow side and forgetful. Often had to ask several times to get something. They have a spa but limited treatments.

They didn’t have a room ready so they gave us a free breakfast! After our room was set up we went out for the day and we came back to find champagne in her room. Overall had a good experience at this hotel.

There was no coffee, machine or board, the spies almost always booked up.

Beautiful property in a beautiful city.The staff were attentive, but subtle & every need was catered for.All you could expect from St Regis!

The gym could benefit from air conditioning especially in the warmer months.

Music in the bar/restaurant, both live, DJ, and background music.

Anna, the receptionist of the hotel, is very warm and friendly. The room is very beautiful, classic Italian decoration style, we booked two rooms, the room pattern is similar, but the curtains and crystal lights are different. The ballroom was beautiful, just like the dance halls in Beauty and the Beast movies. It's easy to get a taxi and there are good restaurants nearby.

The quality of breakfast and the price do not match. There wasn't much food to choose from, and it wasn't very tasty. The next day, I went to a nearby cafe and spent around 20 euros to buy breakfast for six people, but the hotel charged 40 euros per person. A little disappointed.

Its clean and the food and drink is good. They had a nice gym.

They didn't bring my coffee one morning, food was average. Bar was good and service at bar was good.

We got an amazing upgrade and it is a safe and beautifull clean hotel
