The location was excellent, convenient to the airport. The shuttle was on time, comfortable and efficient. The bed and room were comfortable. The staff were all personable and efficient.
There was a strong smell of cleaning solution in the hall, although admittedly everything was clean.

I arrived at Boston airport at 1:40am. And I was very pleased that when I called them for a shuttle they sent one for me. Most places that offer a complementary shuttle have services that stop at a certain time, they however do have a 24/7 shuttle service. Very pleased with my stay!

The hotel is pretty good, it has a bar and restaurant and the service and food were good quality and a reasonable price. There was a lovely outside garden area, which is excellent if you want to get some fresh air. There is a nice pool area, although the pool itself was a bit too cold to want to swim in. The bedrooms are a good size and reasonably modern.
We had the worst checking experience ever, we have literally never had to deal with a ruder person. There was an issue with the payment provided by Booking.com and the Manager went out of her way to be as unhelpful and basically obstinate as she could. Thankfully Booking.com understand the concept of customer service and we were able to get them to resolve the matter. Because of this we would never consider staying here again.
