This was our second stay at this hotel, and definitely not the last! We stayed for five nights and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food is delicious and offered a great variety every day. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
The only thing that bothered me was that people were allowed to smoke cigarettes or cigars on the beach and by the pool, which was a bit unpleasant for me.

The location is perfect, couldn't ask for more. It's a tranquil setting within steps of vibrant South Beach and Ocean Drive. Pool is lovely, spacious with lots of beds. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Cabana rentals are $400 a day which is much more than I would expect as they are not huge. Luckily the pool has plenty of beds and the service is fantastic.

they took money from credit card everyday as deposit. there was renovarion on the building and we woke up with drilling machine noise..

the housekeeping is a disaster. Leaves the garbages in balcony, no understanding of hotel keeping. Extreme difference if you are used to other good hotels and services around the world.

The hotel is good overall, room is clean, pool is nice and warm
My friends and I ordered two different rooms separately on different websites under different names . But when we did the check in, the front desk tried to make us four in one room, he said our order was linked. What makes the hotel think of that? Just because our names are Chinese names? And they messed up my first name and last name, so they opened a new reservation for me and authorized 14k on my credit card without notifying me at all. I haven’t received my money back yet. I tried to talk to somebody by emailing but i got no response. It was totally irresponsible and I need my money back ASAP into my card. They keep telling me ‘it was just authorization, we never received anything’. I know, but my money was gone, too. and I would like to know how a 3000 dollar reservation can make you charge a 14k authorization. And please, reply my email.
