The rooms needed more lighting ....and hooks. Nothing to hold any bath towels etc...

Pool and greeting stuff

Construction, mess, danger material every where like: broken tile from Construction debris everywhere on hallway and is not even Construction in that area.

Because of our room?s carpet, had to wear flip-flops the whole time, the room smells, and there no wine opener, water one set of shampoo for 3 people. My daughter was upset. Made me upset!

cockroaches in the room, old and worn carpets with dirt stains, the work of the service staff on the beach. The beach was not cleaned, especially in the morning after the night.

EVERYTHING about this hotel was phenomenal. From check in and arrival, to late night laundry to daily room service! The view is incredible and staff and service is just as good!

The room's carpet was disgusting. The noise level of construction was beyond loud. The bathroom had mold in the tiles of the tub. There wasn't a coffee maker, nor were there cups for water...the bed wasn't comfortable. The lobby had unusable seating...

The location. Right on the beach and the pool was very good. Wait staff on the beach and in the pool area.

The room was outdated. Booked the room for 4 people. The room had a king bed & a love seat that didn't have a pull out bed. The hotel said it was booked full so no other rooms available. 1 slept on a rollaway & 1 slept curled up on the love seat.

Charging a 40 dollar a day resort fee when we did not use any of the facilities! Plus the power went out at 9:00 on the second night so we could not watch tv or even read. No announcement. Pier restored at midnight.? rip off!!

The AC in rooms do not work. We stayed in 2 different rooms a week apart. It was warm in the rooms. Thermostat turned down to 60 but never got cool or cold in the room. Hard to sleep in a warm room. For the price of the room per night - disappointing.

Nothing was good about this hotel ruin my valentine gift, roaches all over the room,extremely dirty room

Tub was dirty. Asked for wash clothes 4 times before I got and there?s construction going on and they shut off water twice during the day

Location and access to the beach

The hotel was dirty and the staff, generally speaking, was quite unpleasant.

The pool staff were nice! Staff at the pool bar were kind.

Rooms need a deep clean or better yet a gut remodel. Front desk staff need hospitality training!!!!

Super expense and never let me know I have to pay for day and extra $30 for used the pool and others besides pay $35 per parking

Great location in Sunny Isles

Extremely pricey considering that many areas of it neglected. Carpets are dirty. Elevators smell of weed. We had caught two cockroaches in our room. And the resort and parking fees add another $70/night, even if it's raging storms and pool is unusable.
