- Location
- Because of our room?s carpet, had to wear flip-flops the whole time, the room smells, and there no wine opener, water one set of shampoo for 3 people. My daughter was upset. Made me upset!
- EVERYTHING about this hotel was phenomenal. From check in and arrival, to late night laundry to daily room service! The view is incredible and staff and service is just as good!

- The carpet was dirty
- The room, and the construction
- The room's carpet was disgusting. The noise level of construction was beyond loud. The bathroom had mold in the tiles of the tub. There wasn't a coffee maker, nor were there cups for water...the bed wasn't comfortable. The lobby had unusable seating...
