Valet was fast and efficient. Nolan Perez was outstanding and provided extraordinary services by helping with shuttle, places to go and always offering to carry your bags. Front desk was friendly and restaurant staff was very attentive.

Bell hopper availability was challenging but that might be due to spring break

food In restaurant was very good for dinner

Staff was clueless in some areas. Not really worth the price better options available.

All the outside setting , pool and bar outside. Location nice and was told about shuttle service.

Service in General is awesome, Good job guys, professionalism, from people that serve breakfast, front desk, restaurant at the pool servers including the Security guy.

Construction around hotel was a pain when both walking to downtown or driving in/out of hotel

Staff is great and views are lovely.

I got two rooms, got to the hotel late for check in about 10 PM. Room service cuts off, bars cut off, pool cuts off all at 11 o’clock. I could not enjoy anything. I ordered room service and it came cold and discusting but hotel is lovely.

The front desk staff was excellent and friendly. They helped us problem solve and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Also, the bed was very comfortable!

The restaurant was awful. Not only was service slow the order had cheese on it, when we specifically requested not to have cheese due to allergies.Also the shuttle service was difficult to coordinate with however, the valet and driver were pleasant people

The location was excellent

Check in was the worst that we have ever experienced. Our room was right under the pool/ party room and the noise/ thumping went on until past midnight. Then they were rearranging furniture.

New with floor to ceiling glass windows. Quiet. Excellent breakfast was included.

Additional resort fee even though there are essentially no resort amenities save a few bicycles.

We did not expect to have to pay parking @27$ per not a 22$ per day resort fee ! Your ad did not say this and was an unexpected expense so the price did not turn out to be a good deal! You should make sure people know this in advAnce if booking this deal!

Squeaky clean beautiful rooms and common areas.

NO FREE PARKING or cost option parking available. Valet is expensive and time consuming.

Bedding

Unexpected fees (destination, resort). I wouldn't classify it as a resort. Forced to valet ($27 per day plus tips). Room small & no microwave & waters in room are $5 each. They run your card for $200 for incidentals too. Total ripoff all the way

Location is good rooms clean and large nice rooftop pool when it's not being used for a special event that keeps guest out of it $20 a day charge for use of a van and bikes not worth it I can uber for less and can walk to most places

The hotel was beautiful. The shuttle was a great perk. We were taken and picked up in a very timely manner. The drivers were so friendly. We loved that we could walk places. Location is great.

Hotel is new, very clean and well-located.

Mandatory valet parking adds $27/day and there is a resort charge even this is not a resort hotel, just a pool (like every hotel in Florida).

Very clean and close to downtown with a water view. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The rooftop was awesome; however, the servers up there were slightly pompous - nothing like the other staff. The hotel smells fantastic in the common areas.

Servers at the rooftop bar came across as snooty and the service was very slow. We waited quite a while for anyone to even take our order and then again to receive it. Staff and service was a little better Sunday afternoon.

The rooftop pool/bar are really unique and great. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown Sarasota. The hotel is clean, modern, and has impeccable customer service. This is not a budget/economy hotel. You get what you pay for.

Excellent facilities when they are available and not rented out for private parties roof top pool is great Probably why it was rented out twice while I was there and hotel guest couldn't use it

Pool deck closes at sunset so hotel can rent out for private functions So don't plan on being able to use it after work or on the weekends after about 2:30 because they start setting up tables and chairs for private parties Nice but can't recomme
