Valet was slightly unorganized and also not friendly ~ a difference from past visits where great valet.

All the extras not advertised. Bands, food, etc

Pool was okay. But ocean is right there.

Conveniently located to nice restaurants.

No water in rooms. Not enough staff in dining area and bar.

Never made our bed in 4 nights. Yes we left the sign on the door to service the room

The hotel is clean, the location is great, and they had live music at the bar. We had in-room food service, and they responded to our call and order right away. The view and the room was excellent.

The valet parking guy told us to go park first (since we refused valet parking) and then check in. The hotel should allow arriving guest to check in first and get their luggage out of the car before they park.

I loved this hotel, such a fun atmosphere with all the High Schoolers going to Prom. The location was excellent! The employees so friendly! We were there to do a kayak trip on the Channel Islands. A short walk to the downtown area where I rented a bike.

The oceanside location

The first night the hotel played loud music directly outside the window until midnight. The second night there was very loud noise from a biker gang.

The bedding was very comfortable. The room was clean and updated. The location was fabulous. I liked the firepits outside also.

The scaffolding obstructed the view of the beach. It was nice that the hotel gave us a $15.0] coupon to compensate for the scaffolding and construction noise. It would have been better if they gave us coupons for each night of the stay.

The location is great

The bathroom size. We got the double queen bedroom and the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel.

Friendly staff. Pool. Next to beach. Near good restaurant.

Loud traffic and train whistles. Elevators. Hall carpets looked dirty

Freeway noise is SO LOUD. Was not able to get a room with a bathtub. Never brought the breakfast room service, even after calling twice.

We loved the location of this hotel and how clean and nice the room was. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful experience!

Location was great.

The noise, thin walls, water pressure in the shower, the noise from the train.

Location. Walking distance to restaurants, and ON the beach.

THREE live bands were playing until almost 11pm. They put me on the 2nd floor. Ear plugs did not stop the din.

Every room has a balcony and view of water. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking was separated from the hotel. Only valet parking was in front of hotel.

I?m always disappointed with 4pm check in, that?s late and this location would not allow us to check in early

The bed was comfortable. I also liked the provided shampoo and conditioner smelled so good.

The front desk staff was very robotic. Not welcoming, like I was a bothers

Traffic and Train were very close, water was very cold to shower, feels like the whole place is running off an undersized water heat
