The room was nice, updated and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Everything was well tended to and nicely supplied. The location was great for walk ability to everything yet very quiet at night.
The pool area was not very spacious and felt a bit crowded but they did the best with the space to accommodate guests and we enjoyed our pool day. We mostly went to beach instead. The fitness area and some hallways smelled sort of musty.

Beautiful location and hotel
The cruise ships docking behind the hotel and blocking our ocean viewThe air conditioner in our room was very loud and never kept up with the set temperature

Location, location, location.. can't beat that, parking is great.Amenities are great..
The rooms are getting a little worn, the doors to balconies are warping and we got locked out on our balcony during our April stay, this time, the balcony door didn't close without some forceI do think throwing a ball across the pool needs to stop. Alcohol & Footballs don't go together in a pool, I saw people leaving the pool because they didn't want to get hit by the ball.

Location excellent for the marina and old town. Room spacious and comfortable.
Pool was closed for renovations, for which we got no warning. I would have booked elsewhere had I known.

Location very good. Big facility. Close to the many attractions. Very easy to reach everything. Easy car parking.
There are cockroach bugs in the rooms. Need to care! Even change room same situation. First time in the world i faced that, even worse than africa!

Great room and location. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was under construction and the tent used for breakfast was fine, but a little small and hard to get a seat. Otherwise it was fine.

Close to everything and plenty of amenities
A few small bugs in the room. Housekeeping skipped us at least once

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The room was very comfortable although there was no bath and the bathroom was small. The pool is excellent.
Space in the temporary breakfast room was limited.
