The Cleanliness.
First night I stayed there the house keeping left a dirty rag on the couch in the Villa. The second time staying there the fridge nozzle was broken so I had no way of changing the temperature. I texted the staff only to receive a call over an hour later.

Location is great if you say here during warmer months, it has direct access to mission bay, free guest parking
Poorly posted signs for our room #, when arriving at night Property map is very basic, got lost trying to find our room Room smelled stale, much like it hasn't been attended to recently, possible a lot of vacancies
