Skybridge to airport. Restaurants were good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
No smart TVs available in room. Nobody wants basic cable anymore.

We stayed 1 night here mainly to catch the flight for the next day. This hotel is really close to the airport . It provides 24 hrs shuttle which makes it very convenient to go downtown or to the airport . Staffs were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a bit pricey but it provides the convenience and the comfort . Room was cozy , clean and beds were very comfortable .

Rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean
We were exhausted after a long flight and were "greeted" by someone who seemed like they were trying to be helpful & welcoming, when in reality they were trying to sell us more hotel stays. We had a young child and just wanted to get to our room. That person was there during our entire stay and we had to go out of our way to avoid them in the lobby. We've used this hotel many times but I'd think twice about booking again.

Large room, clean, well furnished, big TV, lots of power points, comfortable bed, airport views.Shuttle service every 15 minutes.Walking distance to terminals A, E.

Great location for our situation. Stunning view of Boston & the airport. Very clean. Quiet. Super convenient shuttle service. All the staff were very helpful & polite. Great bathroom amenities. Easy check-in & check-out.
