Four Seasons Boston

Great location and updated rooms.

Could have been more accommodating in finding a stepping stool for my elderly father.

I paid for a different type room and was given a handicap access room. Front desk that checked me in was not accomodating

Most of the staff are very personable and make you feel like your on a vacation.

Had difficulty with the second room and although courteous really didn't follow up in a timely manner. I had to check in.

Great downtown location and views of park. Nice breakfasts.

Parking very expensive ($45 per night). Boston Common garage nearby at $32/ night. Still expensive. Breakfast very nice but also expensive. This is an expensive hotel!

Service and location

This is one great property. It is very well located in the midst of Back Bay Boston. It is close to most sites. But what really stands out about the property is the staff. I’m a pretty hard grader, but this staff is extraordinary. Everyone and I mean, everyone could not have been more pleasant and helpful during our stay.

Room location was excellent overlooking the park and close to the spa and pool. Spa and pool facilities were excellent. All the staff we encountered were most courteous and helpful.

Cooked Breakfast was unfortunately cold on arrival. Omelette not really good. Had to have coffee replaced as that was cold too! We expected the formal dining room on the ground floor to be a little "grander". The food on the night we ate there was disappointing too. It really shouldn't take much to prepare a decent Caesar Salad!! There is a coffee bar on the ground floor which is ok and the staff are really helpful but it is not open all the time. It would be better to replace tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

I was traveling with my dogs and the hotel was exceptional. Provided beds and bowls for them. Most hotels “allow” pets, but this hotel made my dogs feels like guests as well.

Nothing. Location, staff, the rooms, and the food were great.

The view was beautiful overlooking the Boston Garden. I did a morning run with Chef Patrice which was lovely.

The hotel does not have strong blow dryers for customers. Even the replacement they gave me didn't work. I expect a facility like this to have a high end working blow dryer that is strong, not weak.

Beautiful property, fantastic location and amazing staff. The concierge couldn’t have been more helpful, same with the front desk staff. Also, great gym with a beautiful pool that must have one of the most stunning views in Boston. Loved the Vault!

The room was a bit small

Great location. Staff are very kind. They have a vault on every floor with snacks for guests.

Honestly we faced a lot of issues. For starters the breakfast was horrendous, the eggs were broken, and they took 45 min to bring us the food. The order was wrong and the food was awful. Also they use 1 ply for toilet paper which is very deranged for such an establishment. The staff were great but its definitely not worth the price you pay.

Well situated, clean and the people were super nice

I asked for 2 queen beds and I got one king bed .

Upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable. Location was great, able to get around easily

No spa available

Property was immaculately, clean, and well appointed.Rooms were super clean and super quiet. Restaurant downstairs had excellent food and great service. Everybody was happy to help you and above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect .

It’s a bit pricey, but that’s what the four seasons is.

Unfortunately, there was a 'false alarm' evacuation notice on our last day (of four). Also, the middle elevator failed one day, refusing to bring any passengers up or down.

Coffee offered in the lobby-level cafe is truly, deeply, inexcusably awful.

Everything was top notch from the friendliness of the staff to the beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. It was a very special experience to stay here. The location was convenient to everything.

From arriving at the hotel, reception was excellent and very helpful, room was really lovely and very comfortable. Bar was great, food and staff amazing. Really, even the doorman are so friendly and helpful.
