Great location. Staff are very kind. They have a vault on every floor with snacks for guests.
Honestly we faced a lot of issues. For starters the breakfast was horrendous, the eggs were broken, and they took 45 min to bring us the food. The order was wrong and the food was awful. Also they use 1 ply for toilet paper which is very deranged for such an establishment. The staff were great but its definitely not worth the price you pay.

From arriving at the hotel, reception was excellent and very helpful, room was really lovely and very comfortable. Bar was great, food and staff amazing. Really, even the doorman are so friendly and helpful.

The location, room and service were excellent.
Room facilities could have been better. No yea or coffee facilities in the room. You need to ask for a coffee machine. Sometimes, staff were a bit lax about replacing water and used coffee cups and glasses in the room.

The location is amazing! Walking distance to everything! They do a great job of navigating Covid restrictions!
Complimentary fruit and sausage left a smell in the room.

Great downtown location and views of park. Nice breakfasts.
Parking very expensive ($45 per night). Boston Common garage nearby at $32/ night. Still expensive. Breakfast very nice but also expensive. This is an expensive hotel!
