Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Tampa-USF/Near Busch Gardens

Conveniently located to Busch Gardens. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

It was cold in the lobby. The heat had just been activated and not had enough time to warm up. Also the fan in the room is loud and seems to run all the time. We also were charged $27 for parking in the hotel parking lot.

The rooms were very clean and spacious! The breakfast was fantastic with fresh omelets everyday. The staff was very polite and professional. We were attending a conference.

Great location for our needs. Breakfast included. Happy hour. Staff were friendly and customer focused.

They did not have our reservation from booking.com when we checked in but fortunately they had a few rooms left. We don’t know who was responsible for that mixup. Booking .com did not include information that there was paid parking on premises. We were surprised by that. The final per night charge therefore had to be negotiated with the reservation desk. Fortunately, the rate was just about the same as the Booking rate however upon check out the rate on our bill was $40 higher per night. We are still pursuing that issue with Embassy. Also , the room thermostat was old and very difficult to set the right room temperature. Booking should follow up directly with us and Embassy on these issues.

Having to pay for parking. The receptionist overnight was rude when I asked for some milk.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Excellent location for our purposes.

The bathroom was still dirty from the previous guests. Very disgusting and disappointing. Even after they cleaned it again they didn't really do a good job cleaning.

Hotel was clean & comfortable. Staff was helpful & friendly. A little pricey.

Clean and nice location

The A/C unit made a very loud squealing sound, they moved us down the hall on the same floor unfortunately it never solved the problem , they had engineering come up & check it out only thing they did was take out the filter, we were unable to sleep due to the noise, for the price we paid it was very disappointing to say the least, hotel management informed us we needed to speak to you.

The check in staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a "happy hour" from 6-7:30 p.m. that we just barely made. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast has made-to-order omlets and other choices.

The room had a bit of musty smell. Maybe the carpet is too old.

Room was clean. Breadfast was beyond what most hotels offer. Very good, with wide variety.

Housekeeping did not clean our room. We were gone all day and they never came.
